I am not sure what the expectation of an ice cream store is. But I will give this one a great review even when busy you get through the drive-through line quickly. I am a peanut butter malt guy myself.

Purchased 2 small sundaes. They were indeed small. One had caramel with pecans. There may have been 5 or 6 pecans on it and a small dab of whipped cream which there is an extra charge for. Also asked for whipped cream on the other sundae and didn't get it.

Very terrible work ethic behind this place, the managers have no clue what they’re doing, the employees can’t get a single order right every single time we’ve gotten this location it’s either wrong or they forget half of our order, save yourself a trip and the disappointment???????????
Very disappointed every time I go to this location. Either they don’t put enough toppings or pulverize it so that it blends into the blizzard. Have given this location a try several times thinking it was a fluke, but the results are always the same. I take the drive down to Perry anymore.

I ordered a custom design on an ice cream cake and the person who helped me get the file sent to them was very helpful. I chose to let the decorator pick the colors and when I sent the file I suggested they send me a photo when it was done. Gerri decorated my cake and sent the photo which really made my day! The colors were perfect the print was lined up exactly how I wanted it and seeing it before I picked it up gave me a lot to look forward to. Thank Gerri!
