One of the best places to eat and drink in State College area. Historic building is super hip. Unique atmosphere, may be a ghost or two around )))
Parking: Small parking lot right next to the place. Street parking is free, but maybe a bit of the walk if you get there in the busiest hour
Everyone's always friendly and the food is amazing regardless of what you order. The prices aren't bad either. We started coming here this past fall, and it's our family's favorite place to go now.
Kid-friendliness: It's mostly a bar crowd, but our 7yo is treated like any other patron. The regulars seem to have taken to watching him play pool and cheering him on when he makes a good shot.

A good place for a quick meal. The menu is mostly burgers and shrimp baskets - typical bar food. They are supposed to have great pizza and I will try that next time. Because it has been here for decades, I expected the interior to be a typical dark and dingy barroom but it was well lit and looked recently updated. A pool table is just inside the door. Tables and chairs for dining run along the wall opposite a fairly large bar.

Friendly service, great bar food, enjoyed our meal here very much! Sat at the bar, ordered spring rolls, burger, pizza! All good, burger extra good ! Clean, nice spot, enjoyed it! Glad we came!
