Best Winery/Restaurant I’ve been to and I’ve been to tons of places! The asthetic was great! the food! Omg the food was amazing! especially the salmon and the soup of the day was so good the Merlot wine had me losing my mind! Spectacular this is a great place and I hardly ever leave reviews
Ordered the baked Brie but it only had a miniscule amount of Brie. Very disappointed
Was a nice building and I enjoyed my wine but the service is horrible what services they have and no real menu.the food we got was mediocre at best.i would buy there wine again just won't stay for any other reason then to enjoy what a nice view they do have
The third weekend of October, my husband and I along with eight of our friends decided to spend an evening at the wineries. Our first stop was Laurentia.
My husband and I frequent M Cellars and Hundley, and we had previously brought our friends to M Cellars so we decided to give Laurentia a try.
The location is absolutely beautiful, especially in the fall. They have a gorgeous patio with a pond in the back, and you couldn’t ask for a better view.
We got there at 5 PM and they do not take reservations, we were told the wait for inside was an hour and they were seating outside. We were seated at two tables on their patio. It was about 50° outside, and I was stunned to find out that they did not have any heaters so I’m really not sure why they were seating people and serving food outside . we all decided that we would cut the visit short, we put an order in for flatbreads, enjoyed the view while we waited for our food Ordered wine.
I had the Riesling and it was quite good. Our food however, was probably the worst I’ve ever had. The flatbread tasted like uncooked cardboard, there was no cheese on it. The pesto was disgusting, and my pizza was topped with cold tomatoes.
I had one bite and had no intentions of taking a second. The other thing I noticed is the last time I had been at Laurentia. They had a full menu. This was a couple of years ago. The only thing they had to offer now were soup, salad, and flatbread. Our friends had the same bad experience with their food that they ordered.
Between sitting outside with no heaters and the horrible food we left in under an hour. And the only reason we were there that long was because it took 45 minutes to get our food.
Fortunately, we headed to Hundley and had an excellent experience there
Best wine that I had while I was at Geneva on the lake. The food was tasty, too. We each got a flatbread. I thought the pepperoni was better than the margarite flatbread. A little on the pricier side compared to the other wineries in the area, but you get what you pay for.
Gorgeous venue! Amazing wine! Friendly and knowledgeable staff!!
Good spot. Go see the host when you walk in and they'll give you a number. You go find the table that is associated with your number and order wine at outside or indoor stations. The outdoor area is nice. Cool pond overlook. Plenty of parking.
There isn’t very many sweet/semi-sweet wines.
The service was really slow for it not being busy. We waited 20 minutes for a cheese board and bread. The tables outside aren’t made for wine glasses and tip over/slide around the cracks.
The best thing about the whole experience was the yellow cheese.
A beautiful venue. Lovely cabin style decor. Stuffed animal heads. Navajo blankets. Beautiful rest rooms. They offer a tasting program but also have selected "to go" bottled wines available to taste. We tried a couple that we enjoyed. Laurent offered a 10% discount on 6 bottles. All the to go bottles were 2021 vintage. It's a bit fruity but nice bottom. We had put a dent in our wine cellar during our vacation, so this was a nice chance to pick up some quality at good value.
Took a day drive out to the Grand River Valley . About
Forty five minutes away on route Ninety from Lakewood . A very scenic drive . Grand River Valley is home to several wineries. We stopped at Laurentia and enjoyed a wine tasting and a light snack. I enjoyed the red flight and my traveling companion enjoyed a wonderful Reisling. The fig, goat cheese and pork belly flatbread was delicious And because it is so rich the perfect shareable. We also visited Grand River cellars and Debonne wineries. A perfect afternoon on a gorgeous fall day .

This is a beautiful winery that is tucked away like a hidden gem. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Consider making a reservation if you are visiting during busy times.
Food is very good. We ordered wine to delivery home.
Very bad red wine today, I'm still sick & should've complained!!
The mushroom flatbread took at least 40 minutes, and was only luke warm served. They were busy, but really HOW ? LONG for ONE FLATBREAD? That's all two of us ordered, just one! It is a very nice place but I'm not recommending. Also so rude to have you select a tip at order and pay now to an order taker/cashier!
Have been there b4, not rushing back though.
Beautiful place, family friendly place !
Our evening started very poorly with terrible service but management stepped up and made everything right. Beautiful location
