So last week I got over charged for $5 breakfast meal 2 hash browns $12 . Wrong sandwich and missing hash brown. Had to go inside to fix it and cost me being late to work. Now October 9th they messed the whole order up so went to go inside and door was locked and people were inside eating. Ordered once someone let me in. Then get out to the car and was missing a hash brown. Lock door again. This is horrible and don't waist your time with this location 😡

This McDonald’s location is a bit of a mixed bag. The staff is hit or miss—sometimes super friendly and efficient, other times not so much. Unfortunately, it seems like the orders are often a bit scrambled or confused, and I’ve had multiple occasions where my food, especially the fries, have been cold. That said, they *do* correct mistakes when they happen, which is appreciated.
One issue I’ve run into is that it sometimes feels like the place is a bit mismanaged. The staff can appear lost at times, and I’ve had moments where they’ve left the phone off the hook, making it impossible to reach them. There are also times when the attitude of some employees isn’t as friendly as it should be, especially when mistakes are made.
That being said, **the military discount of up to $5 off (50% off your order)** is a fantastic and generous perk, which I really appreciate. Plus, there are also some genuinely hardworking and kind individuals working here who make up for the occasional misstep.
In short, while this McDonald’s has its ups and downs, the good moments—especially the discounts and a few really nice employees—help balance out the less-than-ideal experiences.

It was 8:25 pm Saturday stoped in the drive thru for milkshakes nobody around waited 5 min at the drive thru nobody asked for order so i went to window waited 5 minutes, seen girls in there talking . Nobody came to take order . I left

We came through at 8 pm & all of their outside lights were off like they were closed for the night or atleast pretending to be?? Which seems a little unprofessional but whatever. The girl working was so rude for no reason. I know it’s McDonald’s but come on no reason to be that way towards a customer. We asked for a cup of water with our meal but she said no I can only do a bottle of water….. huh ??? Okay then charge me $3 for a bottle of water I guess.
What are yall doing to these fries!?!? I mean, it’s been months of undercooked, unsalted or over salted flacid potatoes. COOK THE FRIES, for the love of god! Please.

holy crap this is the worse joint you could go to. first we are ordering and the lady just completely stops speaking..? sat there for like 4 minutes nothing being said. we FINALLY got to order our food after sitting and waiting. we asked for TWO ICED coffees, we get two black hot coffees? ordered 2 sausage muffins, 1 sausage burrito, 1 thing of hot cakes, and hash browns. but instead our bag had 2 sausage burritos, 2 meals of hotcakes, 4 hashbrowns! absolutely ridiculous no reason your workers can’t do their job and listen to someone’s order this happens to us everytime we stop here, instead charge us more money for food we didn’t ask for? never come to this place EVER
