It takes them forever to get you through the drive thru. I don't understand what is taking them so long. It's fast food. Almost 20 minutes to get through the drive thru is a bit excessive I think.

We ordered pickup for breakfast, We ordered 2 sets of hotcakes, 2 sausage mcgriddles, 2 shamrock shacks, and a bacon cheese and egg biscuit.We got 1 set of hotcakes, 1 thing of sausage gravy biscuits, our shamrock shakes and a sausage and egg biscuit.Normally I wouldn’t complain but i feel this happens to me so often.

Service, on top of missing food. And waiting 10-15 minutes. I will not go here anymore, at night is even worse. Junk food, and junk service.I can't even eat a chicken sandwich due to old lettuce......you are making people sick ......helloooooooo. anyone paying attention, or just hanging out??????

Went there this morning to get food for my kids waited for 2 minutes for something to come to the counter, the girl gave me attitude and I said why you giving me attitude and she walked away. Then I said I wanted to see a manager and nobody came, I think this McDonald's is getting to be one of the worst McDonald's in Northeast
