No service.. walked in. The people behind the counter. Seen me as the filled other orders. When they finish. They turn their back and continue to talk. Or look at their cell phone. Not concerned with taking my order. I'll be avoiding this McDonald's from now on. Geneva and austinburg have better service. At that McDonald's. I went across the road to Arby's. I was waited on before I reached the counter. Faster friendlier service.

This place is terrible. The staff was rude, and i think i got food poisoning from eating here because i felt horrible for days afterwards. Never eat here. Please. For your own sake.

They served us hot fries that were filled up in the container which the McDonald's in Mentor on the Lake are skimpy on the fries. Great coffee also.

I bought a bigmac meal a water a frappe and another bigmac. the ladies were absolutely lovely, super kind and fun to chat with. The food was probably the best I've had in a while anf my drink was made wonderfully. The atmosphere was also lovely, felt super clean airy and bright. I was happy with my experience after leaving!

I rarely get anything except tea at McDonald's anymore, but do get one or two LG half-cut ice teas every time I go anywhere. Even when I have some made at home. It's better than I make even.
