Stopped in here on our way to Cleveland from Ontario to go watch the Bills play. We ended up having a nice chat with the new owners and they gifted us iced coffees for the rest of our journey !

As a fellow McDonald’s GM this place sucks. Fry’s are ice cold espically at night. Fries should be cook to order after a certain time into the night. If I have to wait 5 minutes for a “ fresh” mchicken it better be piping hot as it should be “ fresh” but also once again cold. Makes no sense. Service isn’t much Bette you shouldn’t be huffing and puffing after 1 thing let alone at all. The management at the store obviously doesn’t do much to help the cause either. Embarrassing to the McDonald’s that are actually consistent ALL DAY

Took over 10 minutes for kids meals through the drive thru, then it was cold like it sat for 10 minutes. Won't be going back.

Ordered sausage burritos, hash browns, a coffee and a hot tea. It took over 10 mins to get the food. The food tray that they put the food on was dirty but did have a fresh paper liner. They gave me a cup of hot water but no tea bag!! These are some basic things that they missed. They don't seem very organized
The staff is very friendly. We come here every year after our annual golf competition. Winner gets a Big Mac Meal from the loser. They humourous with a few pictures.
