They messed up three things we ordered, we went back in cause they added cheese when we said no cheese for a double quarter pounder, and then gave us a plain hamburger instead to “fix” the mess up, which was another mess up. Our fries were both small instead of large, and they didnt add the lettuce and tomato on the sandwich I ordered as well

My wife asked for an ice cream cone for my 8 year old son - the lady said the machine was down. Five minutes later a friend of the cashier came in and asked for a cone and miraculously it was working! I understand we are Native American and darker skin - but don’t be so obvious about your hate for Native people!

Horrible never coming back. Came here with my grandmother to get some coffees today, and they first of all got my grandmothers order wrong so the worker gave us an attitude because of her mistake? My grandmother is diabetic, and ordered a black coffee with splendas on the side. Well they had to have put sugar in the coffee, because my grandmother said the coffee seemed sweet after putting only 3 splendas in. she is now in the hospital due to having too much sugar! These workers do not care at all, they don’t listen, they are all rude, and now due to them not being able to listen to simple instructions my grandmother is now in the hospital. Thanks for your horrible service! No wonder this place only has 3.5 stars.

No matter what you order you always have to pull over and wait for them to bring it out to you they never tell you that before you pay it isn't until after you pay they say oh could you please pull over very frustrating and the cost of McDonald's has gone through the roof
