Teach the ones “in charge” about the app. App put my order in at the one on Route 20. Order couldn’t be moved to this one. Nothing they could do they said. By the time I got on 90 I figured out I could cancel my order and reorder. Would’ve been nice for the employees to know that and tell me at the window.

They charge between $0.70 and a dollar more for a McChicken than most other McDonald's locations. I guess being right next to the highway they can do whatever the hell they want.

I don’t know who the young kid was that was working this morning but the worst customer service I have ever encountered . We will never be back to Madison one again . All I wanted was a pop and he refused to hand me a cup ,after I paid on the machine ,even after asking for assistance , until he finished the drive thru. All you had to do was hand me a cup , you had no idea why I came in instead of waiting in the 7 car line . I was she only one in the building !

We are traveling and literally walked into this McDonald's 3 minutes before closing. The staff were so nice as we placed our take out order, & all the food was great!

Guy at window didn't understand light sauce for my breakfast order. Took us saying it three times to get him to understand. Once he did everything was great and done right. But he clearly didn't understand there was sauce on the sandwich, thinking we were talking about the egg. Normally my bagel sandwich has way too much sauce on it, dripping off of it even. I always have to ask for light sauce here in the mornings. Thank goodness the kitchen crew knew what I meant and had a headset.

Well, I generally will not even give a place a review if i dont think it's five stars. But in this situation, I feel i should warn you this is not a fast food restaurant. If you want a burger you should just go to a restaurant the amount of time is about the same. Also, i have been to this particular Mcdonalds many times, and before you pull away from the window check your order. They are at about 1 in 3 chance of getting order correct.

So we just went here and i was craving some mcdonald’s fries, so i decided to head up the the nearest mcdonald’s. which was this one. so go to the drive through i get aten piece nugget and medium friend and a medium sprite. i was excited for my fries and sprite because their fries and sprite are amazing. i can say the fries were indeed good because we got a fresh batch with the right amount of salt. so that was good but with the sprite i took one drink and noticed they didn’t add the syrup so it was just sparking water. that made me sad because i was really looking forward to it. i ended up throwing it out because we already made it home and i was not going to drive back. the chicken nuggets were alright they tasted like they were sitting out for a bit but that’s about it.
