Monarca Ice Cream and Coffee

Their affogatos are amazing! The coffee and ice cream are both delicious. The perfect after dinner treat! We will definitely be back

My girlfriend and I went to get some sundaes, and it was completely unsanitary as there were hairs in our ice cream. Chairs were also really uncomfortable and felt like they were going to collapse over.

Hours for the Hot chocolate tour are all wrong, wasted trip today. They don't open until 2 pm.

Staff was unfriendly. Ice-cream not that good. The chairs were uncomfortable it felt like I was sliding off them every time I move.

Family owned and home made Ice Cream. With a bitnof mexican flavor..awesome place. My wife and my daughter loved it

Kids loved the mango in waffle cones. Fun decor & photo ops. Huge variety, yum! We’ll be back.

We got the cotton candy popsicle and the strawberry fresca in a bowl which were great. Awesome atmosphere and decor. Staff was friendly and let us sample. We will be returning for more and to try the coffees. This is a specialty shop, the prices reflect that.. this ain't DQ ..woof.. WORTH IT..

absolutely amazing!! the sweetest staff and good conversations! love that 90% is homemade! I snuck in without my kiddos and got THE best coffee!!! and brought them home a waffle and they loved it!!! we will be back!!

This is definitely the coolest place in Madison. Our family really enjoyed our first visit. The staff were super friendly, and with so many options, we’ll definitely have to come back for more.

Shop is cool, prices aren't. Super overpriced for what you get. 8.50 for 3 small scoops of ice cream. 40 bucks for a family of 4. 🥴 Ice cream gritty. Won't return.

came here with my siblings and my dad and they where the nicest people, with the best ice cream. GREAT portions everything was very filling even with only one scoop of ice cream. definitely recommend this place for sure. very very kid friendly!! and the place is beautiful

The Ice cream was so good it was soft, the in side is really pretty and the chairs were so cute, there milkshake was not so thick.

I really love the colors and its very vibrant i would most definitely recommend it.ypu have a good choices of flavors and I would come back.

Just took my kids there and we all loved it. The ice was so amazing and the milk shake was perfect. The decor was something I've never seen before but it was so beautiful inside. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone
