The wait time has been insufferable for several months now. 15 minutes should not take almost 40 for a pizza on a regular basis. Get more staff if that's the issue.

Used to like Pizza Hut, but not after this. Ordered delivery and it came pretty quick, but was a fraction of what I had expected for $22 - a few pieces of pepperoni and an onion here and there. Crust was awful. Sorry Pizza Hut.

Ordered a large supreme, regular crust on Nov. 2 around 4:00 . First, the guy couldn't find the right keys to even enter my order. Kept saying " wait a minute, where's that at, that's here, okay wait , hold on, oh I found it, okay what did you want?" Than the pizza itself was less than a half inch think, no sauce, no cheese to speak of and dry as a rock. Tried calling a manager to let them make it right but haven't heard from them either. To bad I really liked that Pizza Hut. Guess I'll go to the places on Ohio St and Rt 20 or Bacon Road. They're closer anyway
That doesn't do me any good. I'm still out a pizza that we thru away after choking down 2pieces.

They no longer send packages of parm or pepper flakes and you can't order ranch or marina unless you order wings or bread sticks.

Waste of time literally never open sincerely I these guys tried 7 times in the last two weeks and as I get free as a normal working individual they’re not open. If you are off all day then eat here other than that don’t waste your time.

I ordered my pizza and pop for dinner it came on time. But the driver was very unprofessional to me and almost walked off with my cash. When I called and gave a complaint about the driver the GM laughed and said she will talk to him. I called the over head of her and made a complaint towards her and the driver. I hope something will be done with them..

Food subpar. Medium pizza was a rock for some reason after 10 minute drive home, but it was free with rewards, so guess don't expect much from those. Big dinner box pizza had to recut as wasn't cut all the way through. Prep boy wasn't wearing gloves kept touching his face and wiping nose and touching hair and hat and hiking up his pants. When questioned management told if it went into oven didn't need to wear gloves. I'm pretty sure after wiping his nose with the back of his hand which I saw twice or touching his hair he was supposed to wash his hands. Don't think I'll be going back to order for myself. My husband loves their sandwiches, but I won't be eating food here again I'll just pick his sandwich up and get pizza elsewhere.
