Meh. It did in a pinch. Mediocre is a bit of a stretch however they served it in plastic to go containers ( even though we ate in ) so now I have a tuppawear I don’t have to worry about.

Food was great love the Chinese cuisine

We arrived shortly before they closed, but they took care of us. We loved both of the dishes we ordered. One was the human beef, the other Chef Secial Happy Family. We would definitely come back.

They've raised their prices dramatically and now charge extra for any comment that you include when you order online. Total B.S. They've been going downhill for some time. This used to be the best Chinese food for miles but they've let their standards go. Higher prices for food that's lacking the quality of yesteryear? No thanks.

We've been frequenting this restaurant for YEARS. Today, I placed an order online and said I'd pay with cash since they've added credit card fees. My order total said $31.99. I sent my husband with $32 to go pick up our food. When he received the food, they said it was an extra $2 because we said to include the vegetables that they always short us on. So my husband drove all the way home to get the $2 while I called the store to see what they were talking about. The lady that answered said that they started charging for ANYTHING that you ask for in the comment section. That would have been nice to know online when I freaking ordered. I get that prices are on the rise with inflation, but they've already raised their prices from their regular menu THAT THEY INCLUDE with every order. That's false advertising. Now they have the audacity to charge me more for reminding them to include what should already be in the damn dish? They can go fly a kite.

I ordered 2 wonton soup- broth white and NO flavor, they have been going down hill for some time. I feel like someone bought them or they have a new cook. Time to look for new place. Plus they never opened dining room after Covid- huge disappointment.

Food was inedible, the beef in the Mongolian beef was super fatty, the general Tsos chicken was awful, the egg rolls are slightly doughy and the rice tasted like it had been sitting in a pot way too long, almost more of a pudding. We put it out for the feral cats and they would not eat it.

Best Chinese food in Madison! Always hot, always tasty. Very friendly workers highly recommend this over jade garden . Sorry 😐
