They are so slow and people working are doing everything thing they can not to smile. They all look pissed to be there. How about teach your employees how to function as a team and be friendly.

Not happy about the manager there. At the Bell store Subway. I will never go back to that Subway again but I'll go to other subways instead

They are so incredibly horrible and cheap here. Screw this subway. What you order vs what you get. One sliver of green pepper. One sliver of onion. No meat. False advertising.

While waiting in the gas station for my daughter to eat her donuts, I walked up to grab my subs since I placed an online order the older lady said “your food has been ready you’ve just been standing there”. I was waiting for my 3 year old to finish her food before I walked up to get them. It was very upsetting to be talked to that way, subway needs to tell their employees to be more polite to customers especially those with young children.

I can't remember the last time I was in this place. Unless there's a gas station connected. I seldom eat in these places. I'm not a fan of potassium nitrate filled meats,or hydroponically grown vegetables. If they were grown the conventional way, then from what country and what was sprayed upon them?!?!? And I'm not a fan of bread, unless it's Dave's Killer Bread,sprouted grains are King.

Stood in line for 20 minutes without getting service as they continue to take online orders and make them in front of us didn't say a word to us

Food is often great, and for the most part, staff at this location were polite for the past 5 years.However, we had a bug where the Subway website and app didn't work properly. That bug lead to us being charged 2x for an order which was never fulfilled (no food given).That would be coporate's fault, rather than this locations. However, the handling of the problem by the manager and owner of this specific location were definitely less than ideal.The manager was quite rude, and the owner didn't seem to be in a hurry to make it right with the customer. In addition to taking more than a week to get a refund, we never received an apology.That interaction makes me heistant to give this location a 5-star review, even though the food has generally been "good".
