“I am admittedly not easily impressed, but my son and I had a great experience all around tonight for a quick bite. From the greeting when we walked in, our server Matthew and the food everything was spot on. Tables were being cleaned as people left, the bartenders were wiping down the station, the food came out hot and cooked properly, the employees having a genuine smile. I can honestly say that it was a better experience than I have had at some of the most high end expensive restaurants in Cincinnati. Keep up the great work! Thank you we will definitely be back.“

“Midwest Best is our go to for BBQ. I recently hosted a surprise party for my husband and catered Midwest Best. Not only was the food amazing, like usual, but they took care of the set up and made sure I didn't need any more help before they left. We had wings, chicken tenders, Mac, baked beans, green beans (which even non green beans lovers agreed their green beans are delicious), brisket, chicken, red potatoes and sweet potatoes suffle. “When I pulled in, I was having a sad day. When I walked in, I was greeted by both managers, all the servers and given a hug by the Host. They all talked to me and over the course of my meal, I had the best experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I'll miss you, Milford Bob Evan's. ❤️“

“We found Ladder 41 in between games at a soccer tournament. The line to order food was long but it all came out quickly and correctly after we ordered. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out and games for them to play while we waited. Great atmosphere and we plan to visit again when we are back in the area!“

“It was a comfortable, relaxing place for good quality down home type cuisine. The atmosphere was welcoming, sounds of friendly chatter and laughter made it feel like we were all welcome guersts, part of large family gathering. The waitress was pleasant, welcoming and helpful. They made special changes in cooking the food for my special needs with no hesitation, no dirty looks. The manager stopped by to make sure everything was perfect and I was happily enjoying my meal. And. I don't say this often in restaurants, the coffee was good! Score! Comfortable prices were another Score!
