The service is absolutely awful. I was told to “calm down” after telling I’m pretty sure a manager he gave me the wrong coffee. That’s ridiculous and rude as can be. That man needs an attitude adjustment. Food here is great service needs some real help.

Ordered a medium caramel swirl cappuccino and was only half full. These drinks are expensive and to fill the cup full isn’t asking a lot! It should fill the cup. Service was good and friendly but need to make sure to take your time and give the customer what they’re paying for!!!

You can’t trust this Dunkin’. You pay for extra espresso and they’ll use regular coffee. It’s happened more than once. It’s ridiculous. These drinks aren’t cheap and should be made correctly every single time. Period.

Ordered two dozen donuts through grub hub for our grandkids for Christmas. They disregarded our order, and filled with leftover donuts no one likes. Manager was unapologetic, and refused to make things right. Don't shop this store.

This dunkin is the worst. They are always out of donuts and the kids they have working have no manners.
When ordering less than 6 donuts they throw in a bag to smush and lose frosting I ordered a vanilla sprinkle and 2 boston cream and you wouldn't know it.

I just pulled in my driveway and took the first sip of my ambient (supposed to be hot coffee). and the cup is only 1/2 full. what a waste of time and $.

Went to dunkin' donuts today through the drive-thru I go there every single day order my iced coffee large they said they didn't have any large cups so they would give me two smalls I was fine with that got to the window and it was a big mix-up I guess inside they didn't communicate with each other so they were giving me a small after we pay him for the large a girl named Kaylee came over and got into the conversation and said that they didn't have to give us another cup that the small cup was fine even though we paid for a large and then she insisted that it was our fault because we ordered a large and they didn't have any cups even though they said well they volunteered to like can we just give you two small cups and we were like fine so became a big ordeal we were insulted there are cameras there to prove it and then we were asked to leave so think twice before you go through this drive-thru the young man that's usually there is amazing but when he leaves the place falls apart and I'mabout the little guy with the long hair and the glasses such a nice guy I want my money back and I will be telling everyone about my experience okay gave them another chance. Went today ask them to stir my coffee and hot tea . They still didn't do it. I spend about 75 a month. Ever other one does it except your establishment.I'm done never going back I am a top reviewer for Google I will spread the word misty
