Ordered 2 burritos and nachos, 1 burrito and nachos were incorrect and when calling about it the store manager refused to remake the food saying he had camera proof and when I offered to watch it together with him he suddenly didnt have access to them. He refused at first to give his name and had to ask atleast 8 times for it. Maineville is the only hot head I normally eat at because it was the best and now thanks to Roy (store manager) I will never eat hot head

Terrible the nachos and everything else tasted like straight trash. It was interesting how the nachos evaporated into the bowl when I live in the neighborhood right behind the store. Somebody here doesn’t know how to prepare Mexican food

Got 2 steaks and I went back in because it did not taste like the steak I asked for a refund and was told they would Not give me a refund on them. IT tasted as if it was cat or dog. Both the Ladys there did not speak the English language. If I could give them a zero star I would . The meat they gave to us on our food was NOT steak.

I got the chicken bowl, and I ended up picking the chicken out and threw it away. The rest was edible , but nothing at all special about it. Definitely wont be going back.
