Gave us warm vanilla sodas then handed us the wrong order that we opened, went to get our correct order and they closed up the wrong sandwiches we returned and had opened to still give to someone else and wrapped back up to put in a pickup bag. So unsanitary & disgusting.

We had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! We went in and ordered subs, and the staff was super quick and efficient. What really impressed us was how careful they were with our gluten-free order—they made sure to separate everything properly and took our allergy seriously, which we really appreciated.
The gluten-free bread was surprisingly delicious—soft, fluffy, and not stiff or dry like a lot of other places. Great service, great food, and a great experience all around. We’ll definitely be back!

On this visit (and most visits) I ordered the Club Supreme.
I was people watching as I ate in my vehicle and I noticed that when folks leave they carry their subs like a baby/football cradled in their arms. The food is precious cargo I suppose 💯

Ordered with one employee and another one cooked hubby’s sub Of course they screwed it up and my hubby questioned the other employee if they were cooking his because we could see them cooking and we could see it was wrong He was very rude and made a very disrespectful comment when my husband asked about the his sub being cooked! We were the only people in the store No apology for wasting our time or screwing up the order A jerk in real life form So owner we will not be visiting your location again Have you ever thought why are my reviews so bad or this low on the list? Go anywhere else!

It's really nice to get a sandwich that they slice and make right in front of you they're really good.
Always a great Jersey shore submarine! As long as the line is short, the service is quick, however occasionally they get bumrushed and it may be a bit of a wait, but not usually too bad.
As some with celiac disease, it can be a battlefield finding places that i don't get sick from. Not here! I am grateful to have a place close that I am comfortable and reassured that these employees do everything they can to avoid cross contamination. They are friendly and welcoming. This is becoming one of our top staples when we don't feel like cooking. 💜
