Ready 20 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time, which the staff failed to acknowledge. $35 for the order (1 large pizza and 10 boneless wings). If you expect customers to pay high prices, they should be offered a much higher quality product and service experience. There are plenty of alternatives which offer a far better value. Second star is because the order was at least accurate.

Let me just say that the waitress could only be described as a pizza ninja as she would absolutely be quick and skilled in everything that she did. Refills were never a situation, and she was absolutely such a treat to have as our waitress.Thank you Kellye
This is the worst Larosas in the area. The staff isn't trained well. we waited 15 minutes to be seated when no one was even in the restaurant at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. We ended up leaving. No one even acknowledged we were there. We've given this location numerous attempts, and it's always the same thing. We will drive a little further to another Larosas with better service before we patronize this location again.

Wife and I came to this location on our first date. Came back for our anniversary. They had to comp half of the people’s orders in the restaurant including ours. We waited over 45 minutes for one pizza. I kept looking back and saw the cooks having to be told that the order was wrong. And it took longer because the language they speak is Spanish.. server didn’t speak Spanish as we watched her try to explain what was wrong. Food came back out wrong again. I even told the server I can speak Spanish and will tell him if she couldn’t. ..can’t speak English and you have to go through a phone translator to do your job… You need to be fired for not being able to complete the job. It makes it harder on the servers who by the way was doing the best she could. No issue with her at all. It was the staff who didn’t speak any English in the back.. I’d suggest you either learn English. Or find somewhere else. By the time the food got to our table we paid and left with a pizza that was still wrong after 3 try’s in a box.. didn’t even get to eat inside.

Our best LaRosas experience ever today. Thanks to our amazing waiter who I think has worked there about 15 years;) We had about 12 people with us and the food came out super fast and exactly how he ordered will certainly be back!

I ordered online. They gave me a receipt and I was left waiting and waiting and waiting. I guess not enough help there. Finally after 35minutes, I ask them to check and the manager grab it off the shelf. It was sitting there the whole time. I’ll never order there again.
