It's truly a lack of professionalism in the service. If the system had problems, they should at least compensate the customer, but the service was terrible, especially with the manager. It's a shame, considering we've always received good service before. And this time it was a terrible experience.

My food was 25 minutes later than the time that was given in the email. The store didn't use the order tracker. My meat bowl was luster. It barely had cheese on it and it only filled half the container. The cheese bread was chewy. Both items were barely warm.

Really hate to be that guy but, food was a hour late and cold. I had to call to get updated about my order after 30min of being late was understanding that they could be busy but then another half a hour passes. Wish I didn't pay with credit card cuzz I wouldn't have tipped or just turned them away and ordered else where.

Wrong delivery. I get credited for the salad. Manager did not seem to care the sub was not what I ordered. The people whose order we received will be missing a huge salad we will be throwing away. My husband wanted a Greek salad. And the sub has onions. I cannot eat onions. Done with this store! Called after I saw the sub. Ordered an Italian. Received a meatball. Not a meatball fan. Called the store again. Oh. The Greek salad was to be delivered. Not received as of 7:04. Told the manager we are done. Such poor customer service. There are other pizza/subs places to order from. I hate this. We have loved Marcis. Managers make all the difference. This one is terrible.

Called and placed an order over the phone and when my wife arrived thirty minutes later they had no order under my name. I 💯 placed an order at the mainville location and they screwed us over. I will never eat there again. Order at your own risk.

We honestly used to love Marco’s pizza. But in December, we ordered two medium pizzas which cost us $33.72. When the delivery person showed up with our order, he said we owed him another $2.25 for some reason he couldn’t explain. They charged my card that $2.25 after the fact. What kind of robbery is this for two pizzas. For the record, it was a medium cheese pizza and a medium pepperoni pizza 🙄 Oh, they did give us an order of breadsticks which we could have cared less about. Those went straight in the trash. I guess that was supposed to make up for the expensive pizzas. Come on $35 for two medium pizzas? Single ingredient?. Bye bye Marco’s.

Absolutely terrible service with delivery with this location. Ordered a couple of pizzas and was given a 45 min eta. After an hour an 20 minutes called The store and they said the pizza was leaving. Add another 30 minutes and still no pizza. Long and short take your business elsewhere

Really disappointed with my pizza delivery this time around. Our food took an an hour and 20 minutes to get here when the estimate was 45mins. The food was super cold. We love ordering from Marcos but this time they failed to live up to our expectations.
