Horrible customer service. Went to pick up my pizza which was ready I had to wait 20 mins before even came up to the front to see what I wanted. Even then they let the guy behind me cut and ask about his pizza that wasn’t even ready. This isn’t my first bad experience there but it will be my last. I will never go back.

Great staff who always make great pies. However I hate when Door Dash delivers instead of an employee. If I knew that was going to happen beforehand, I’d order carry out. This idiot called me from outside of my door instead of knocking like a normal person. The pizza wasn’t even in a hot bag. On another note, the boneless wings were awful tonight. Tough to chew. The texture was far from chicken. I think it’s raccoon.

The driver walked with purpose up to my doorstep and was very personable. The delivery was fast and the pizza was still steaming hot! I had a lovely dinner with my family thanks to this place, will definitely order here often. Thank you maineville papa johns :)

I placed an order online for delivery which was 2 large cheese pizzas, cheesy breadsticks, jalapeño bites and 2 extra pizza sauces on the side. I waited for 1 hour before calling to check up on why my food wasn’t delivered and come to find out the delivery driver that was a very young girl in a red four door Chevy car delivered to my neighbor home across the street, instead. So dude on the phone at Papa John’s said he would make my order again to be sent out. Come to find out as I am standing outside my home waiting, she the same delivery driver was about to make the same mistake twice and deliver to my other neighbor’s beside me. I was waving my hand, I mean how hard is it to find an address on Google maps etc these days? I called back telling dude at the pizza shop that my Cheesy breads weren’t with my order and he got very rude with me and started yelling at me on the phone saying “well you got free food, deal with it” when I at the time stated that my Cheesy breads weren’t with my order. I swear this Papa John's is going to hell. About two days ago my husband and I witness a delivery driver pulling up to our other neighbor house on our street getting out his vehicle and we smelled a strong odor as he was definitely smoking pot on the job and probably mishandling customers orders. About 20 minutes later, here the same delivery driver came back to my neighbor house to hand her the order Papa John’s messed up on. So this isn’t just happening to me, others to…Papa John’s get your act together and start hiring better people. Others stay far away from this location in Maineville or go pick your own foods up.

Lovely store! Was here last week when visiting family and they were so nice. I love the general manager Brandon and the boy André gave me my pizza as soon as I walked in! Very clean store will definitely come here every time I am in Ohio :) Happy Pizza!

While staying at a local hotel, I ordered a pizza for lunch about 1230. At 1:15 I check the tracker, which showed the delivery had been made almost 20 min ago. Neither the hotel's front desk or the driver called me to let me know. Both unacceptable.The store informed me they use door dash during the day due to staffing issues. If that had been made clear online I would have made other arrangements, door dash is trash, and they are making their partners like Papa John's look bad in the process.

The service in the store is great , but why in the world Peter that's actually iqbal or Habib taking my order seriously the accent is way to thick and he never understands the order until I repeat it 5 or 6 times, we're going to stop getting Papa John's if this doesn't get better.
