Food was not good beef tasted bad and french fries were burnt. This Penn station is more expensive than the one in Lebanon and the food is not nearly as good

Philly cheese steak very mediocre and my “Grilled Turkey Bacon” had one thin sliver of bacon on a 9” sandwich….really? The “cook” and the young woman who took my order ignored all of the customers as they carried on an intense personal conversation about what this girl needed to do about “how much water should I use…”. OMG! Won’t be back to this store. What a disappointment because other Penn-Station sub shops.

We've been twice since moving to Maineville and both times the order was messed up to the point it was inedible. I have multiple food restrictions and when we order without certain ingredients, it's because I get sick when I eat more than a small amount. This has never been an issue in the decade we've been Penn Station customers. Avoid this location!

Super yummy cheese steak. Lemonade was meh. The new ghostpepper cheese was baller. Super spicy tho (who woulda thunk it). The fries were definitely top notch. Big shoutout to Idaho for them potaters. People were nice, food came quick, and it was super yummy. I would def recommend.
The girl right off the bat had a attitude problem I would rather pay 10 dollars more at Texas Roadhouse than deal with these young ass kids that don’t care and we come here all the time

I tried to place an order online and pay(cash) when I picked it up. Wouldn't let me but I understand the reasoning by that and wasn't an issue for me to drive up. My order was 7 sandwiches(1 large, 4 regular and 2 smalls) and 2 large fries. Totalling just over $82. So the girl who rang me up was as nice as could be. My problem lies with the blonde guy in the red shirt that was on the grill. He took the order off his printer and turned around and gave me a dirty look then rolled his eyes at me. He then went over to the other guy in red shirt on the grill and said something about me because he turned around and looked at me. They handled the order just fine but that little act has just drove away a customer that at minimum eats there twice a week at $80 - $100 a visit. It's a shame because we live in the neighborhood right behind you and it's very convenient to get delicious food. This order tasted great but his actions left a bitter taste in my mouth
