I just got the worst Cali roll. It wasn't made right and not rolled right. The cashier was rude, telling me my card was a chip card when it wasn't and only realizing it wasn't after he took it from my hand and found out for himself. He dropped my crab rangoons and walked away very rude. I was looking forward to this all day and they totally ruined my dinner.

Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten free and everything is labeled on the menu. Brandi even went the extra mile and checked on the wonton wrappers for me.

I left a review back when this place opened and at the time I left a 5 star review. It was amazing when it first opened. I decided to come back and leave an updated review. This place moved to new owners and it had gone downhill fast. The food is not fresh. It doesn't taste fresh and it looks like something that you'd get food poisoning from. There are no drink options and the workers are not friendly or helpful. They are usually in the back and I always see people waiting a long time for carry out orders. I will not be coming back anymore. It used to be so good, but I would not be surprised to see this place shut down. It needs new staff and management and a huge upgrade on the quality of their food and customer service.

I came to your location for the first time today on a whim looking to try something new. My first thought after my experience was to rush and write a negative review on google that's how bad it was. I've only written 2 negative review on google in my life and both were for a movie theater never for food...
Nobody was behind the counter. I stood there for about 10 minutes before I walked to the other food area (ice cream & hamburgers area) and asked the lady working there if rollonin was even open. She said it was and she would be over to help us. Halfway through making our order 2 more male staff showed up. One put gloves on and IMMEDIATELY wiped his nose with his gloved hand defeating the purpose of gloves all together.
Another customer walked in who placed an Online Pickup order and they hadn't even started it by the time she arrived. There was nobody in line when I showed up so they had all the time in the world to make it but didn't.
Your (male-staff) working the 6-7 pm shift on 6/2/2024 are basically goofing off doing nothing. They looked unclean to be perfectly honest and gave me second thoughts about even wanting to eat the food I ordered. I actually threw half of it away because I was grossed out by them tbh and they weren't even the ones who prepared my food. The fact that nobody was behind the counter and sushi was just sitting out in bowls made me wonder how sanitary the place was.
The most offensive part is when I went to pay the machine was preset to ask for 15-20% tip and I had to exit out of those options to pay for my TAKE OUT ORDER. Do you tip 15-20% when you eat at Chipotle? No. You Do Not. Do not insult your customers asking for tips on FAST FOOD TAKE OUT ORDERS. Pay you workers a living wage so they don't rush to check the TIP amount on the receipt in front of me and look disappointed they didn't get a 20% tip for doing what a chipotle worker does.
The idea for the restaurant is amazing but the execution is HORRIBLE. I will never come back so I tell you this only to prevent future customers feeling the same and you losing more future business.
Also at least one piece of your paper work hanging on the wall next to the cash register is 6 months past it's expiration date. Yes I had time to read it because of how long I stood around waiting on your staff.

Such a fantastic, and unique gem! The easiest way to describe this place is the 'Chipotle' of sushi bowls/burritos.We have gone here multiple times and the food is always fantastic, and they are not skimpy with their toppings and fillings. Definitely sign up for their rewards program - as we have earned decent rewards just for going a couple of times.Definitely give it a try! And they have a boozy ice cream/milkshake place right on the other side.
