Rude customer service. Young girl walked away as I walked up to place my order inside and she proceeded to book table of 6 people. They forgot my cheese to my 3way. Not sure how boss managed that being she looked in the bag. Had to go back. Small portions, wont be back.

Food is great and the service in the dining room is always great. But listen to me brother when I tell you this drive thru is a disaster. The woman working it has zero urgency.
Example. Tonight we pulled in and had three cars ahead of us. My wife changed her mind about getting skyline and wanted to get Hi Sushi instead (located at the opposite end of a shared parking lot). She called and placed the order, got out of the car and walked there, picked up the order and walked back to me as I was still waiting in line. Embarrassing.
4/5 stars, everything is great but you may as well close the drive thru until new help is found.

I grew up in Cincinnati but have lived in Colorado for over 30 years now. One of my favorite things to do when I come home to visit is to have Skyline Chili. Last week, I came to this Skyline (I believe for the furst time) to have dinner with my folks. While there, I inquired about the t-shirts that they were selling. Ruthie (the gm) overheard our conversation and came over to offer assistance. She recommended two locations that may be able to help me, as her location did not have my size. She was very helpful and stayed talking to us for a bit. This table visit is an example of the old fashioned friendliness and hospitality that you rarely see anymore. After I left, I was successful at finding a shirt in my size at one of the locations that Ruthie had recommended. Not wanting to let her assistance go by un-thanked, I returned a few days later to have lunch and let Ruthie know that, thanks to her, I had luck finding a shirt. This time I was dining alone. Skylar was my server. She was very attentive and served me quickly and efficiently. I was able to again speak with Ruthie and I thanked her for her assistance. Might I add that the chili was exceptional. While dining, I noted how all of the employees were working hard and tending to the restaurant's needs. This seems to be a very well run Skyline, and I intend to return on my future visits. Thank you to the Landen Skyline team! Keep up the excellence! See you when I return!

Do not go to the drive through I paid $9.50 for an empty plate and one packet of hot sauce. Terrible . I called in to complain what a rip off very stingy and clueless
