We came here yesterday for chili week and got some cheese coney’s. We politely asked the guy manager if we could please have heavy cheese on the coney’s. This is something most locations will do or have done in years past. We proceeded to get the coney’s and there were barely any cheese on them at all. For $3 each its just ridiculous. This is not what most people grew up on. And It’s no wonder some of these chili locations are going downhill and losing business. I remember as a kid coney’s were STACKED with cheese, and that’s what we went there for. Our eyes would LIGHT up with the sight of all the cheese. I get prices have gone up but people come for the cheese. Now there is barely any cheese on them and they nickel dime you if you want it like what you grew up on (and what made these places what they are). It’s all about the bottom dollar now. The truth that some of these places fail to see is if you bring back the NOSTALGIA of these type of places that made them who they are, and what people grew up on, then you will create more business by doing that rather than by nickel and diming people. I guarantee you people will come back in droves if you do that. So bring back the cheese! Bring back the nostalgia! Make kids eyes light up again! I promise you it will be worth it. Just my .02 cents

Ordered a small 4 way with beans and extreme cheese. That is my regular order. It never changes. That is what I ordered. They brought out a regular 4 way with regular cheese. Fine, I’ll take a larger size, but I did mention that the wrong cheese was on there - my server brought out the side of extreme cheese for me (because that’s what was SUPPOSED to be on the way) and lo and behold, I am charged for it. Charged for cheese I should’ve had in the first place. Fries were barely cooked and had a hair in them. Overall, a disappointing experience.
