Never anyone working. Doesnt matter what time you come in, they are never there. I think they just come in and make a bunch of rolls and then leave. Come back before dinner, make a bunch of rolls again and leave again. Never have any dumplings out and usually only have 3-4 kinds of rolls available. And since no one is there, you're just out of luck. Went shopping for an hour and no one was there when i came in or when i left. Just close it down if no one is ever going to be working.
