40 minutes to get 3 pretzels, grilled cheese and a drink is insane. Drove out of my way on a 1500 mile trip back home because 6 year old grandson only eats like 5 things and he wanted pretzels. Never again at this location

Whoever the girl was wearing the purple hoodie should be fired. She took our order at the window (instead of the speaker) after doing so instead of getting our drinks she went talked to her friends.
The poor manager had to do everything while giving us cold food cheese on our sandwiches (which was probably the girl version of Barney's fault) and tater tots were cold. Then after the manager gave us our food she asked if we got our drinks I said no. She kindly got us our drinks.

I feel bad for the manager that was working tonight because the teenagers that were scheduled with her was doing nothing besides talking. It's hard to find good help these days and even harder to find teenagers that will actually work.

Ordered two hot dogs with only mustard and diced onion. Service slow with only one vehicle in front of me. Took one bite of a hot dog. Rancid taste and funky smell. Looked at both and they looked discolored and disgusting. Buns were dry and stale. Was on lunch break, no time to take them back. Will not be back. Sick that evening and the following morning.

Disappointed. Stalls don't work as they should, employees aren't efficient nor do they attend the stalls and take orders in a timely manner. The mobile app is poorly designed as well. Sonic needs to catch up with this century and fix their technology. They need better employees who can take orders and respond to orders efficiently.

I got a cheeseburger and small onion rings. I think it’s one of the worst cheeseburgers I’ve ever had. The bun is smashed and hard. The onion rings aren’t good either I was only able to eat half the burger. I think it must have been sitting around for some time. I have to wonder how they stay in business. Sonic used to be good but I will never be back I wish I could get a refund after the food I got on 10-09-25 about 11:10am.

So came back four years later. Terrible service. Waited at the drive up, after pushing the order button a long while, no response. When to the drive through waited there, no response. We then left. Saw three individuals chatting inside while we drove away. 🙄

Ordered large tots, large fries and fritos burrito. Very disappointed in the portions. Probably not going back.

Tried sharing my picture of my shake from tonight. Pretty bad job.

I guess this is what you get, when they put a small shake in a medium...a half filled cup with whipped cream as a filler

Basic fast food.

Ordered in the drive thru. 2 super sonic bacon double cheeseburgers and a large onion ring. Line of cars behind me, because this location is so slow. Got my food, kinda checked it before pulping away.Got home and only had one sandwich and it did not have bacon on it. Have not been there in a while and now I remember why. Very dissatisfied.

I had the best cheeseburger of my entire life from here today. That Super Smasher whatever it's called was literally amazing. The hottest fast food I have had in years. I went around 3pm. The guy at the drive thru was the kindest person ever, we were just talking it up. It was the best Sonic experience ever. 🤌🏻

There is a much younger black man that works here that is always at the top of his game! Amazing customer service from him every time!
