Asked for a black and white mocha and was given 8 entire pumps of syrup in my drink, I didn’t think I needed to specify that I wanted 2 pumps mocha and 2 pumps white mocha it was way too sweet I couldn’t drink it

I just want to say it was refreshing to have such a kind, happy person at the drive through. I wish I would've gotten his name but didn't. You know, I could have the best tasting coffee/food, but if the service is rude, well that just makes everything bad. This person was genuinely just so nice and made my challenging, depressing day a world better. Thank you. 😊 (Drive through, May 13th afternoon)

The Manager is rude and loud to the employees. She is all about the drama and she likes to not do her job correctly and that place is disgusting. Ever since this young little girl left that place has been horrible.
