Order steak and cheese sub on the app and food was not ready and when it was made . It was made wrong asked for cheese sauce and they put Jack on it and it wasn’t even toasted. went back in Adam to remake it girl short girl gave an attitude so when do you want it toasted before or after all the stuff is on it and then she tried to give me the cheese bread the Italian white bread try to explain to the girl that I knew what I was talking about because I used to work at a subway she gave me an attitude and told me I could leave. I said not until I get my foods . New owner needs to check employees attitudes with customers won’t be coming back to this Subway or place an order with them.

Slowest service ever. The last two times I went it took over 30 minutes to get my food when it wasn’t busy. Today it took 30 minutes for the guy behind the counter to make an online order (2 items) plus my food (a foot long and a 6 inch) If you’re on your lunch break skip this store. (I watched a guy not eat during his lunch break because the service took too long)

I ordered a veggie delite sub with a veggie Pattie but it didn’t
have one and also were missing my sauce 1/10

Vegetarian options: There is only 1 vegetarian option and they don’t
have veggie patties like the other subways so there is not many options

Went in store and my food had a weird taste to it. The meatballs I got seem to be in there too long and the gentleman put the wrong sauce on my sandwich. The cookies I got also didn’t taste right so I spent almost 20 dollars on food and the only thing I didn’t throw away cause I couldn’t eat it was the two BOTTLED sprites. On top of that the sweet gentleman that helped me was the only person there. I felt bad for him.

Assistant manager cancelled my online order because they were out of cappicola meat. My order consisted of 4 sandwiches plus they were going to receive a tip on this order. When I arrived to store to ask them to complete my order anyhow with extra other meats as a substitution for that sandwich - he did not want to do this. He refused to fulfill the online order and asked me to leave the store. I kindly demanded him to make the sandwiches regardless of the fact they did not have capiicolla for "1" sandwich. He then told me to leave store or he would call the police. I left the store. Guess what??? Police were thee. I spoke to them. BEWARE - before you order from the Maineville State Route 48 Location. No ingredients for your sandwich, horrible service and beware of management.

Food was just horrible!! Guy working behind the counter just a horrible person. Throwing food around, going extremely slow. Giving everyone attitude, out of almost everything because he was too lazy to make anything. No salt on the pretzel. About two or three customers walked out because of how slow he was going. Rolling his eyes when making the food. When I asked for a meatball sub, he said “we are out of meatballs” and I was like dang OK and he rolled his eyes at me and goes. “Are you gonna get anything then?” I got cookies as well, and he threw them into the bag and threw the tongs down on the counter and rang us out I’ve been going to the subway for years never had a bad experience like this. It was just horrible this guy needs to be fired.

I used to like coming into this Subway I'm not really fond of it anymore the people are not friendly they have their boyfriends sitting in the booth they don't recognize when you walk in I get everybody has a bad day but it's not all the time you might want to rethink your staff

Play some mobile order, and arrive 20 minutes later. Order was not ready, and two people that had walked in before I had who had not placed an order yet, we’re taking care of before she made my order. Seriously? But it’s not all her fault, she was very apologetic and sincere, she was the only person working, I blame management.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! I placed a mobile order to pick up in the store at 2:05 PM, got there at 2:15 PM and the sandwiches weren’t ready in the express pickup area, so I waited in line, which was fine. Once the guy got to me, he said that the mobile order had been cancelled by the worker before him??? Then, he proceeded to tell me that never mind, it had popped up just now on his screen, about 30 minutes after it had been placed??? So I handed him back the receipt and sat down assuming that he was working on my order. Then, 4 other customers came in as he was in the back for 5 minutes. He started working on their orders and didn’t give me a heads up about anything with my order. At this point, I started to get frustrated and went to the express delivery area right next to the register. I was ignored for another few minutes. Finally, I asked if the order was going to be made or not, to which the answer was no, that it had been cancelled. This is what was said in the first place, but he obviously had no clue what the answer was after he told me he had just received the order. I asked him why it was cancelled, and he said he didn’t know. Why would they randomly cancel a perfectly fine order? Then, I asked if there would be a refund and he said yes, and printed out the receipt. He said it would take 2 days to get the money back. The app said there was no reason for it being cancelled and that it will take a week to even get the money back. Basically, I wasted my time, gas, energy, and money going to this Subway and I do not plan on returning ever again, even though it is the closest to my house. If the communication would have been better, I would have been less frustrated, but it is like nobody cared at all. It seems they were too lazy to make the sandwiches at 2:00 pm on a Thursday!!

My husband and I went to Maineville Subway for lunch, we never usually have any problems, the man that works all the time is nice and helps us every time we go in. I'm not sure if they hired a new lady but she was completely rude to my husband and I the whole time we were getting our lunch. She also messed up our order as well. Very rude lady.

Live less than .5 miles away for over 11 yrs. Have always used coupons at the store. They come to our house. Today, I’m told the franchisee won’t take coupons. We left. Hello Jersey Mike’s! Also, the employee had dirt finger finger nails.

I ordered a turkey sub and received 3 pieces of turkey per 6 inches and a whopping 3 tomatoes on the whole sub. Now I'm sitting here starving after basically eating a kids meal. If I ever see this dudes gf I'm gonna make sure she gets all the meat.
