My husband and I went to Maineville Subway for lunch, we never usually have any problems, the man that works all the time is nice and helps us every time we go in. I'm not sure if they hired a new lady but she was completely rude to my husband and I the whole time we were getting our lunch. She also messed up our order as well. Very rude lady.

Live less than .5 miles away for over 11 yrs. Have always used coupons at the store. They come to our house. Today, I’m told the franchisee won’t take coupons. We left. Hello Jersey Mike’s! Also, the employee had dirt finger finger nails.

I ordered a turkey sub and received 3 pieces of turkey per 6 inches and a whopping 3 tomatoes on the whole sub. Now I'm sitting here starving after basically eating a kids meal. If I ever see this dudes gf I'm gonna make sure she gets all the meat.

When I ordered on the app it said it would be ready in 15 minutes, I got there 20 minutes later and the sandwiches weren’t ready. There was no other customer in the lobby, the lights were off so I am a little disappointed in the service. First time and likely last I come to this location.

I ordered two subs thru online order, I arrived about ten minutes later and the staff was in the back just chilling, talking amongst each other doing nothing. When someone finally came out, I told them I was there for pick up which they then found my ticket and just started making it. My sandwiches were on the wrong bread, one was a subway melt which they put no ham or bacon on, only turkey and then proceeded to start wrapping my sub uncut until I said something. This location is a joke, I would rather go to speedway so at least I know what I’m getting.

Never in my life have I had such horrible service. The guy working on 11/27/23 at night before closing somehow managed to give us two completely wrong sandwiches twice! The first time he gave us the wrong order and one didn't even have meat in it, and so we went back and told him and he made us two even worse and incorrect sandwiches. Idk how he's unable to read ingredients off of a screen and create two completely unrelated sandwiches. Ive been coming to this location for years and this was honestly the worst experience after a long day. We were starving and didn't even end up eating the sandwiches because they were so random and gross.

Store was closed when I went to pick up my online order at 9:30am. Store was supposed to open at 8 but they removed the opening time from the door. I returned at 2 and was told I couldn't place an order before the register was on. The manager indicated they were short staffed and he didn't open the register until after 10:30am. I showed the manager my order and he argued with me and told me I could call my bank. I was charged. Went to the store TWICE to get my order and now have to deal with my credit card company because he refused to either refund me or make the food. I would provide negative stars if possible. Also, store could use customer service training and a good cleaning.

Subway has been spending millions to let us know they are slicing meats now. Indeed there weee signs on every window letting meKnow that. Indeed there was a slicer. It was sitting behind the employees in pristine condition while the sandwich was made pulling meat out of the same bins as always. It was the same cheap over salted meat as before.

I've never seen someone put pickles on a sandwich so slowly. Also, I think the server was confused where she was, didn't say a word. Not even a "what bread is this on?" Just stares. Not a thought behind those eyes.

Too hot inside waiting for my order. Ordered a all American club.had to ask to have it cut and when he cut it, most of stuff fell out of bread! Terrible service!! Not friendly at all.
