I just went through the drive through (after having to park my car in the drive through because the wait was so long with 4 cars) and none of the items I purchased are made right. My quesadilla has NO sauce, my cantina chicken taco had 5 tiny pieces of chicken and nothing else in it, and my potato taco a crap ton of lettuce and a few smalls potatoes. I don’t understand what happened.

My experiences lately with this Taco Bell have gotten worse over the last year. Order has always been wrong (overpaid or items completely messing). The food quality has been sub-par as well. Unfortunately, it's the closest Taco Bell without going 10 minutes out of the way. Will not be back for a while.

Went through the drive thru around 1015-1030 pm Ordered 3 supreme soft tacos and 3 regular soft tacos I received 5 regular soft tacos.

Tonight we wanted Taco Bell for dinner , we usually go to the one in Lebanon but the maineville one was closer so we went there . We spent 62.91 on food for the whole family . When we got back with the food we opened the bag to find food missing , our fries were ice cold , my mothers steak tacos were nasty , it was like they had been nuked in the microwave , the lettuce was soggy , the sour cream wasn’t even the right consistency and the meat tasted bad , my mother even put sour cream on it to try to eat it since she had taken her insulin and could only eat a few bites before she became sick to her stomach ! When I called the store the I assume manager told me that it was on me and that if I wanted anything done I’d have to wait till tomrmrow cause he didn’t want to deal with it . I went all the way to the store as the man on the phone said I could to get a refund but then when I got there he couldnt give me my money back that I had to wait till tomorrow to get it back and I told him well I need to go get food somewhere else so we could eat and 63 dollars isn’t cheap but they called the cops instead of the GM ( that he was supposedly on the phone with her name is Chelsea ) giving him the right stuff to issue it and now I have to go back at 6 pm on the 3rd to be able to do anything.

I love all Taco Bells, but let me compliment the night crew that was here Oct 17 (today). They are workin, hard, having fun, keeping people happy, and I've never seen the place cleaner. LETS GOOO!
Food is good and people are nice. I come here fairly frequently cuz I live close, not sure what all the bad reviews are for.

Ordered here multiple times and always have missing items. They can never get my order right!
Took about 30 mins to get our food behind 5 cars in the drive thru. I felt terrible for the lady who just needed a drink. You get locked in since there’s is no room to the side of the line so you forced to deal with it.
