This Wendy's was amazing. The food was great and the guy at the front counter was honestly one of the best people I have met in fast food they should give that man a raise

I went to Wendy’s, and the people there were very rude and reckless. This has happened to me many times. The most recent incident was on the afternoon of April 16th.

No wonder this place has 3 stars. Food is always rock hard. Just went thru the drive way and they didn’t give me my card back. Refused to give me fresh food when I came back for it and were rude the whole time. Would rate 0 stars if I could will be going to kings mills from now on/

Great breakfast sandwiches, only wish they could learn the Wendy apps in their system better. Had to forfeit the discount because she couldn't figure out how to scan it, and I didn't want hold up everyone behind me

Food was great, service was fast. Felt sorry for the girl taking the order who seemed to be struggling while no one else helped out. May have been short on staffing but all in all no complaints.

This Wendy’s is a bad look for the brand! Broke down cars in the parking lot taking over a month to get fixed. Never having ice because the ice machine is “broken” and the manager brings his child into work and he plays behind the counter. The nuggets are rarely warm and the fries are always old. I live 4 minutes away from this location and drive to the one near kings island because it’s 1000x better and they have ice!

I went thru the drive thru to get lunch while working today. I work less than 5 min. From this Wendy's. I ordered a baconator and baconator fries. It was before 11am and they stop selling breakfast at ten thirty a m.At this location.. I figured everything would be hot and fresh... the fries were cold ... They didn't even break up the bacon on the fries... and the sandwich was cold and not very good at all. You could tell the bun was stale. The girls working The window were not very friendly. Couldn't even crack a smile... And we're complaining about the cold air coming through the drive through window. Needless to say, I won't be going back
Was eating my Dessert and found bread tags in the bottom of the cup. I actually bit down on one... The person picking up the phone did apologize and offer a new one.

To the store Manager who assisted me a few minutes ago with the large fry and chocolate chip cookie, I appreciate you. You don’t see that level of thoughtfulness anymore. All the best to you and I hope the store will continue to reward you for all that you do. I highly recommend this Wendy’s location.

Placed order at drive thru for single with fries and coffee and a grilled chicken wrap and got a double burger with fries and a chicken sandwich that was breaded and fried. Terrible that you couldn’t get either meal correct. The double was too much meat and fried chicken no way did I eat that. It wasn’t even that busy at 11:40 am. Need some properly trained staff
