I just had the Best Burger from Wendy's Mainville. That Burger tasted better than any I have gotten from a sit in restaurant in this area. Also, my fries were crispy and hot. Compliments to the Chef!

They tried to overcharge me and blamed it on the computer, then told me that there is nothing they could do and even though they acknowledged they were overcharging me they said theres nothing they could do and I had to pay what the computer said. Oh and no coffee...

Employees have no clue how complete an order, the quality of the food is trash, and you don't even get the products that are supposed to be on their burgers, then when you let them know they play victim just bad management and lack of component employees

It would help if their employees had any clue what their food is supposed to be, or even, like, food in general. Ordered a bacon cheese baked potato, and apparently their staff has never seen bacon added to a baked potato before and instead of crumbles/chopped bacon added… whole slices of bacon. Pic from their website for what it is supposed to be v. what they served. They also provide “napkins” which were clearly stolen from a rest area off the interstate and would be great for writing letters to a loved one. Fries came half-filled. The frosty was the only thing done well.

Welcome to the absolute worst Wendy’s location in the entire country. I have visited about 15 times and zero times out of 15 have been a positive experience. I have been insulted, received the wrong order, made to wait outside of the drive through for over 10 minutes because they needed to make items fresh only to receive incorrect items and not fresh food. The nuggets they serve are the worst non edible things I’ve ever seen. I asked for fresh nuggets one time and they were making fun of me through the window. Last night was the last straw. I asked for a plain double cheeseburger and received a single cheeseburger with everything on it. Never again. I will drive down the road to the kings island location.

I know a lot of people just write 1 stars out of anger, but this Wendy's is a text book 1 star. The food wasn't good, essentially a burger with a dot of sauce, and 3 pieces of lettuce, (literally). Had to remind the workers for drinks and stuff multiple times, and it seemed we were an annoyance for having the audacity to drive to the drive thru. Overall would not recommend unless everything else in the area is not open.

The person who took my order was possibly the most rude person i have ever spoke with. When I pulled up I could not distinguish his/her gender regardless the heavy set person looked like they haven't showered in a week pants saggy shirt dirty. stuck his/her hand out the window without giving me the total ignored my how are? thank you and have a nice day while aggressively giving me the bag of food. I ordered two things I did nothing wrong no complaint. Side note looking through the window the place was not clean. This location has given up. The good news is this review most likely will not matter in a few months as a McDonalds has just opened and will put this location under. You can't treat people without professionalism I don't care what business you are in. Train your employees and take pride in what you do. Will not go back do yourself a favor and do the same.

I usually don't go to Wendy's because it seems like no location ever actually knows how to make the food and the locations are always dirty. Well this time was no exception, I ordered the Jr bacon cheeseburger ( which includes the lettuce) and tell me where can you see the lettuce. This is ridiculous won't be coming back here again.

I took my lid off my cup to eat my ice and I see hair on top of my lid, I have red hair the hair on this lid is dark brown or a blonde. There is sticky stuff on the hair and I drank the whole drink before taking the lid off and seeing the hair. This location needs a lot of work from the management to the overall health of the establishment. I should not be seeing hair in my DRINK where it is UNDER the lid.
