This is our favorite place to go get ice cream in the summer! The parking lot is a little cramped and tricky to navigate (especially in a large vehicle) but the ice cream is delicious, there's plenty of options to choose from, and customer service has always been great.

It’s a great place to stop for soft serve, secret menu items, shakes, anything you feel like at the time. They will customize anything. They are a great group of workers and they’re always courteous, kind and efficient. It’s completely worth the wait when traffic is heavy. We go there at least twice a week! 🍦

They have a really ridiculous rule — you must be in a car to order ice cream at the drive-through. I walked up to the window, there were no cars at all, and they still refused to serve me. It makes no sense, especially when they weren’t even busy.

Ran across this place, purely spontaneously and it was adorable. The customer service was great. The locals are very friendly and they had a lot of offerings! I’m lactose intolerant so I can’t have ice cream and they only had sugar ice things which most places do only have some kind of sugar ice thing. The young lady at the counter, went ahead and made me up one of their specialty sundaes with all the stuff in it, but just left the ice cream out for me! I really appreciate the accommodation and it was delicious. Also, really really surprising because I needed to use the restroom. Their porta pot in the back was incredibly clean. And I hate Porta pots and I’m very picky so know that this was absolutely a delightful surprise. There’s a lot of chain restaurants in the area because of Kings Island. I highly encourage you to come check out this sweet little spot.

If you are in the area for the Loveland Castle or Kings Island, this is a must stop for your family vacation or just Wednesday afternoon. They have so many options and variety that it was hard to choose just one item to try. Our family all tried different things and of course we all had to try each other's. Excellent, we will be back soon.

Whipty Do! is like part of the family. We have been going to WD since they first opened, and still frequent it at least once per week, sometimes 3-4;) The BEST ice cream, but my favorite is all the fun specials they create like my favorite, the Fluffernutter Parfait! They even have a surprise shelf, which who doesn’t love a surprise, for $1 per item! They have great customer service, the kids are always so happy and many return to work there year after year, so you know they are having fun. We are so lucky to have Whipty Do! in our community and family!
