I asked to add lettuce tomato and pickles on my bacon ranch burger and they didn't do it. They asked for the old hamburger back while they remade it. Then the new burger wasn't what I ordered either so I asked for the manager. The manager comes to the window talks rudely to me and doesn't apologize at all. She tells me you're not getting any free food or coupons discounts ect. I told her Well I want a refund and she refused yelled at me check your burger before you drive away I asked her name and a refund again she said she didn't have to give it. They didn't give me a receipt with my order either. She then threatened me with police if I didn't leave the property without my refund .. i contacted corporate and made a complaint. The employees inside really have attitudes and deliberately mess up orders if you rub them the wrong way. The lettuce and tomato that was added were warm old and soggy i threw away the burger and will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Never in my 44 years of life have I ever been treated this way by any place Ive eaten at. All I wanted was lettuce tomato and puckle handed to me through the window i didn't want to wait for a new burger I would have added it myself but they were mad at me because they got my order wrong twice and disrespected me and even were laughing in the back while the manager was yelling at me to check it before I leave after I asked for a refund when I seen the burger she made me with old toppings. I felt like a felony was committed against me.

Went thur drive thur it ,it was packed so there a long wait. Food was good and staff was friendly.
Excellent in all ways - clean, fast, friendly & great taste. Everything about my recent visit was great. Appreciate their friendliness, order accuracy and portion sizes. They even ask those textbook above-and-beyond questions like "do you want salt & ketchup in the bag?" which is uncommon nowadays. Really appreciate their team and leadership. I look forward to stopping by there whenever in Malvern.
