Asked for a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel... Received a burnt plain bagel then have the nerve to yell out cinnamon raisin when it ain't ??. It's my fault cause I need to do better checking behind people who should know there job

Don't have any bagels no ham i was waiting for opening 30 min and they don't have anything this is total awkward want to recommend anyone to go there
The donuts were expired, I went to return them and said they were spoiled and the cashier said I don’t know anything. He didn’t even deign to apologize and change or return the money! I left my order with the cashier and left without money or sweets! Avoid this place!!!

Stopped there every morning passing through and it was a coin flip if they were open or not at varying times after 5:30am and when they were nothing was prepared.Talked to staff and called store and turnpike management and got nothing or same coinflip answer.

Not sure what everyone's issues are with this location. The order was correct, food was hot and as expected.The employees mirror their customers very well. The customer that shows respect, gets respect. Have a good attitude, get a good attitude. Shows patience, gets patience. It's not tough, people. This is a rest stop food place.They're paid in peanuts, work exploitative hours, and deal with horrible people all day. People who only stop as they're passing through, never having to return again and taking advantage of it by treating the employees like garbage, anonymously, never having to see them again.You may suggest they get a different job if they don't like it but in the same breath complain when the new hires suck or the location is closed because management can't find anyone to keep it open.

Extremely disappointed in the way this Dunkin is ran. When traveling on the road the last thing you want is to spend $25 at a coffee shop just to drink milk. I addressed it with the waitress (younger, short, dark hair) and she was arguing back instead of simply fixing the issue of making my coffee full of milk and has the audacity to charge me for another shot of espresso when she’s at fault. Then followed by my order completely being wrong for food and had to remake it and both ladies caught an attitude. Management needs to address these issues

I ordered egg bites and I’m assuming they forgot, then got an attitude with me cause I had to remind them, very rude, and they never apologized but why would this younger generation do that.
Absolutely the worst attitudes I've ever dealt with at a business. The cashier is just angry at the world. The younger employees seem to have a reasonable attitude and do their tasks well and quickly. The older woman at the register is the absolute opposite. I don't think I've ever met someone in a retail situation with a worse attitude.
