Jimmy John's

I don't normally leave reviews. But the kid behind the counter grumbled about adding more lettuce when I asked for more lettuce because apparently he already added extra lettuce.
So, to his mumbled point, yes: adding more lettuce to my sub as it was did make the sandwich rather difficult to close. Yet I've had Sandwiches from JJ with more lettuce than this, and was still able to close it. Why? Well because those other Sandwiches were correctly cut for a sub. Proper cutting of a jimmy johns sub (1-6) is supposed to be much closer to the bottom of the bread so that there's more space in the top that's been gutted to fit all of the sandwich contents. The cut on *my* sub was made in the location of a club sandwich-- so of course there wasn't enough room for the lettuce.
And on top of it-- the cut was made on the wrong side of the bread as well. With the cut side of the sandwich facing the customer, (the slide made from cutting a full loaf in half) the opening to the sandwich contents should be facing to the right. So now-- not only did the sandwich not have enough space to fit the amount of lettuce I would have liked. But the contents are also facing the direction of the hand I usually hold the sandwich in, making it messier to eat.
The flavor itself is fine. Of course. And the other people there were, you know, just doing their jobs. But the dude who grumbled about the wants of the customer should really probably save his grumbling for after he actually follows standard jimmy johns sandwich-making practices.

Closes at 8:00pm??? Wow that's too bad, haven't had JJ's in a while and was really looking forward to it after a 14 hour day on the road. I don't expect them to be a 24hr operation but closing at 8pm is just downright sad.

This 10$ sub needs a therapist. It tasted okay, but it was that okay you tell family when you don't actually want to tell them how you're doing.

1 piece of roast beef in my roast beef sub(big John). This place should be shut down, it’s a straight up disgrace to Jimmy John’s and a complete rip off.

The two young women working tonight on the 4th are EXTREMELY AWESOME.
Had an allergy request and these two went far and above to make sure my order was clean of any cross contamination…
Jimmy John’s corporate needs to find and train others like these two young women working the night shift.

Took forever to get the food. Cahier was coughing over our drinks as she poured it.

Freaky fast but not today. Took over 15 min to get my order after placing it. They weren't busy. They were just slow.

This is a complaint for about the chips ... I enjoy a good crisp chip ...but the chips you all make are a bit to hard ...made my teeth hurt to try to eat

I ordered the #12 and there is no turkey on my sandwich. A $10.00 sandwich with no meat. I would like a credit to my account for this. Do better Jimmy John’s on Limeridge Rd.

I just purchased a sandwich. The cashier informs me they are out of everything but wheat and she stated another bread because they are baking more. I added chips with that order. As I'm waiting for my sandwich, they are making my sandwich with sliced bread. I was like I paid $8 for sliced bread sandwich. Smh. Do better with explaining to the customers or give the a choice if they want slice bread sandwich or wait till the other bread is done
