No one in line at drive thru . Ordered mcnuggets and fries they were very hot and good. Haven't had this fresh of food in a year or more from McDonald's. Wish I lived closer to this store.

I ordered a $5 meal , dbl ch, 4 piece nug, fries and drink. Since when is there only one slice of cheese on a dbl cheese burger? All the food was old. Gave the burger to my dog! Won't go ever again.

I went in and ordered food for me and my friend , and I didn’t get the sauces I ordered . Soo I just went through the drive thru and just asked if I could get the sauces since you have to pay for them and I didn’t get them , and I wasn’t rude at all. I work for food service as well and I know it can be a pain . but I went to the 2nd window and the younger girl with glasses was questioning if I ordered off the kiosk so I gave her my order receipt that was on the bag and she handed me the sauces and very rudely said “so I believe we did give you the sauces but have a good day”. Like you don’t have to be so rude about it …. It’s sauces it’s not that deep😭

Service through the drive-through is something to be desired.
I called to check up on a delivery order and whoever answered the phone was very very rude to me. I never make bad reviews on anything but the way she talk to me was very condescending. I was just trying to get information. I wasn’t trying to be rude in anyway they need to learn better customer service. No wonder they have bad reviews.

Pulled into the drive-through at 6:15 AM and somebody on the speaker says they aren’t open yet but there are two employees standing out front smoking cigarettes. These people are just lazy

we went there today for dinner at 4:30 pm (no one was there eating and only 2 cars in the drive thru) and this restaurant was filthy including the kitchen. If the owner would like pictures of the dining room reach out to me. I couldn't get pictures of the kitchen. I did tell the cashier that someone needs to grab a broom, wash cloth, mop and change the trash. Your manager should be embarrassed.
