We stopped by here. We got Wendy's. It took them 20 minutes to make our food and no one was hurrying especially when a customer had a pet and all the employees stopped making food and went to pet it. I hope that someone can help this Wendy's and make it way more efficient than it is now!

This service plaza is on the westbound side of the Ohio Turnpike near Mantua in Portage County. Like its counterpart on the eastbound side, it has few amenities and is undergoing renovations at the moment. Not a whole lot more than a staffed convenience store, vending machines, and super-clean bathrooms, so there's that. This having been said, if you need some caffeine late at night, you're out of luck. The convenience store had coffee pots, but they were empty, while a coffee vending machine dispensed an overflowing cup of cloudy water. Here's hoping the renovations bring better services to this plaza.

Sadly the food court closed for renovation and there isn't much in the vending machine. But over all place is still clean and quite at night with free showers ?
Should have checked Yelp and saw my earlier review before stopping. The bathrooms were at least clean and stocked this time, but still nothing besides vending machines and half a gas station. You'll get no real meals here. There are signs saying that food options are coming later in 2021 so hopefully if I find myself stopping here again I can report a better experience, but for now it's still useful for a bathroom and snack stop, but little else.

Probably the nicest rest stop I've ever been to. Clean and spacious bathrooms. Trucker's lounge with showers. Gift shop. Game room. Vending machines. Part of the Underground Railroad historical trail. Gas station. Travel and info center. Free WiFi. Food court. ATM. Food court with Wendy's, Dunkin Donut's, and a Freshen's Fresh Food Kitchen coming soon with seating area.

Awesome service plaza to take a rest break along I 80 W. There are nice places to eat plus there's a food court and gift shops and brochures and very nice bathrooms. I would recommend visiting here on your road trip.
