I absolutely love their coffee/food, however some of their employees are insulting, even unprovoked.
I once asked for a cookie with special frosting, Abby asked if I wanted a totally different cookie (flavor and everything) that was already boxed, I declined and asked for the original cookie with the special frosting. While I was paying, I overheard her say, “she only wanted that one because it was the biggest one” to her coworker. She’s the princess of the family-owned store so she won’t get in trouble for this, but thats why I don’t tip these workers. Maybe I will if Abby isn’t working that day. I don’t tip entitled brats to insult me because they don’t want to pack up a cookie.

Nataile took our order and was extremely disappointed with the attitude straight to my face. First time being there and was told if we were going to sit down that we needed to be out right at 7. I’m sorry but I’ve been in the food and beverage industry for years and I would NEVER tell a customer to be out at a certain time. Luckily the coffee is good but will not be back.

We love Restoration 44 Coffee Shop and stop there every time we drive through Mantua. Everyone is friendly, the service pleasant and efficient, the place spotlessly clean and the coffee fantastic. Highly recommend.

Held a Bridal Shower in the beautiful room up from the coffee station. The Staff was more than accommodating and provided services far beyond expected! Couldn't of picked a better Venue for the special occasion. Highly recommend!!

Asked for a scone and was given a muffin. Also ordered a pour over coffee and then minutes later was told they did not have filters to make pour over coffees. I said I would take just a regular coffee but was not offered refund to make up the difference in price so I got a regular drip coffee for the price of a pour over. I was disappointed with my visit here.
