Route 44 and 82 is the country, so you don't have too many food options. Teresa's has good cheese and GREAT SAUCE, so try it. And always ask for their daily specials.

Placed an online order which said 90 minute delivery time (which is pretty standard, we have ordered here a lot) after 2 hours I called to check on my order because I had not received it. The first kid who answered the phone put me on hold to check on the order. I waited a minute until a Girl picked up who said she was the manager and told me I did not place an order with them. She asked if I placed it with the wrong location to which I replied that I verified it was with them. She told me again that I had not placed it with them and I tried to tell her that I was already charged for the order but she talked over me multiple times and hung up on me. I went to the store to see what was going on and when I walked in the first young kid who answered the phone when i called asked if I was there to place an order or pick up to which I replied I had already placed an order. The so called "manager" told me she was the manager and she would deal with me when she got off the phone. I assume she was talking to the owner because I heard her saying they were busy and that I was there and I had not placed an order but was there telling them I had (I had proof since my card had already been run). When she hung up the phone she hurriedly told me I would have to wait longer. I waited atleast 10 minutes while watching her load delivery bags, cut pizzas, talk to delivery drivers among other tasks. Finally after realizing I was not leaving she walked over to the register and turned the screen and rudely said "look, these are our orders, yours is not here". I began to speak and she once again began to speak over me to which I said " hold on, you keep talking over me and I have proof that I ordered here! I showed her my phone showing the $96+ dollar transaction to the mantua location. She said "see I told you. It says pending the order wasn't placed" I told her it was pending in my account for payment but the order had went through. She told me their system does that but I would be refunded in 2 to 4 business days. I asked her if the system was messed up why had so not told me that before? She had no answer and just reiterated that I had not placed an order. I told her she handled this whole situation horribly and walked out. She bagan screaming and patronizing me as I walked out the door that she hoped I had a great day over and over until I got in my truck and left. She never offered to make the order or apologized for their systems mess up or anything. She acted as if I was bothering her and tried to make me seem crazy. I still have not been refunded and I had to go home and take my family and other guests at our house out for dinner since we were waiting on that food. Will not use them again because of the "manager"

Been enjoying pizza from this location for many years now, but the quality and customer service have both gone downhill over the last year or so and I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. Tonight was one of the worse experiences, with burnt cheese and the (well-overdone) crust looking like it was half picked-off. When I called the shop back I was met with another brush-off quick fix that would’ve just kept me having to deal with the issue again. When I brought up the fact to the manager that having to call them back was a recurring issue and I was tired of being stuck in a cycle of dissatisfaction, my complaints were laughed off and hung up on without due compensation. My request to have the owner reach out to me to discuss these issues (as they were not available at the time) was also explicitly denied by the same manager.EDIT: instead of reaching out to talk with me, the owner instead consulted the same manager that I had issues with and wrote me a reply *here* based solely on her side of the story, which apparently from the content of what I was sent was full of lies. Terrible means of doing business and if you’ll take the lies the staff will say to cover themselves over the valid issues and complaints your customers make and accuse them of being at fault, then I guess you will inevitably fail to satisfy any customer. Changed from 2 stars to 1, next time you reply to a customer do so with respect.

I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. Burnt cheese and crust, with the crust looking like the extra burnt parts were picked off. I called about this and was met with a brush-off solution that would’ve just kept me having to deal with the issue again. When I brought up the fact to the manager that having to call them back was a recurring issue and I was tired of being stuck in a cycle of dissatisfaction, my complaints were laughed off. All I asked for was that my pizza be made right, and that my contact information be given to the owner so that I could talk to him directly about the issues I and others I know who go there have had with both the pizza and the service. Both of these requests were explicitly denied and I was hung up on. Later, instead of reaching out to me to *discuss* the issues, the owner replied to my original Google review with accusations and blamed ME for my dissatisfaction.

Teresa's has good pizza and other handhelds, the delivery ppl are awesome, food is always hot. Its a pizza joint that has a hometown vibe.
