This place is a joke. Tried to order on the app as it appeared the touchscreens were the only option to order. The app wasn’t working right so we went to the screens. We got to the payment screen and the screen says error and wipes the screen clean. Another 15 mins to get the order done thru the app and 30+ mins waiting for food. If you’re in any sort of time crunch don’t even bother. We went next door to Dunkin got to order with an actual person and had our entire order in our hands within 30 secs of ordering and paying.

Second time at this location on the Ohio Turnpike, Mantua or Brady’s Leap. Ordered food at kiosk and paid and waited 20 minutes during which time I asked about my order. Both times I was told they were working on it. When I asked, after 20 minutes, I was told there was no such order. I received a refund. Left hungry and frustrated.

I'm Blessed
As my family and I stopped at this location, we decided to order food. I’ll say this, the food quality and service was very poor. The chicken sandwich I’d order was undercooked. And when I showed the sandwich to the manager, he nonchalantly said “ok”, he didn’t apologize for the poor quality nor did he suggest a refund. Overall, I’d make sure to never stop here again.

My baconator was absolutely amazing. It was so good I had to go back up for a second one. Both were made perfectly. The staff were very friendly too.
I'm a fan of Wendy's... but someone needs to tell the 3pm chef that a $5 Dave's single is different than the $2.87 hamburger. I got 2 pickles and one onion on my $5 burger... saved corporate 5cents and presents me from EVER craving Wendy's again.
