I ordered pickup catering. Food was good and done as expected.

I have reviewed the Chipotle in my area (Mayfield) and how terrible the experiences have been. I generally am ordering just for my daughter which is mostly xtra chicken, and xtra cheese (that’s it - occasionally white rice too) and this has been a tricky venture in Mayfield and Highland Heights locations. Tonight was in the area and made a late stop and was treated extremely well. The food quality was good. The employees were awesome and communicative. I saw them actively trying to improve the condition of the restaurant, cleaning. The one employee even checked with his manager to ensure there isn’t a discounted rate for having such few sides and double meat. It was honestly refreshing and my daughter enjoyed it.

I don't know who made the guacamole but it was gross and had no flavor and white onions instead of red onions.

Clean the damn food station!didn't like how my tortilla kissed the counter as it was being rolled but I was too hungry to complain

Very nice staff. Good food. Ordered 2 burritos and got home only 1 was in the bag. Went back and they had it waiting for me.

Had to pull up a chair and sit for 52 mins while 5 people in front very slow and dirty!

I don’t know who made these worker mad tonight but it was definitely unprofessional. Worker looked irritated i came at like 8 i ordered two bowls, and she gave me small portions of everything except rice, which is ironic because when i finally got home and ate, the rice was hard, the chicken was burnt and disgusting, there was way to much salsa and it was overpowering everything, and they didn’t have cheese??? Which makes my whole order come together. It was absolutely disgusting, thanks for making my day worse and my tastebuds disgusted.

When I took a bite of my chipotle and I ain’t a piece of chicken and when I took a bite of the chicken and chewed it And I took it out of my mouth I looked at it AND it was a piece of wood that I was chewing that was inside the chicken

Store was very dirty and at a disarray. Employees talking and playing while no one greeted the three of us that entered the store. Prep was all over the counter no lids, nothing refrigerated and the station to make our food was very dirty as there was barely any meat left to choose from .

I asked for vinegarette did not receive it and the young lady who rung up my order never said a word to me, what the price was or even acknowledged I was standing there she was too busy on her phone.

I already dislike chipotle bc of the hype, but this location and the night crew are simply terrible. Won't be back

I don't know why people choose a job in food service then get attitudes everyday at work. It's crazy to me. And I'm not even talking about the people making the food, the girl at the register was so cold, rude, and short. I didn't even want to talk to her, scan, tap, take food. And she was not nice at all. But had to go back up there because I thought the sprite was twist cap, but it wasn't. I politely asked her for a bottle opener, she sucked teeth, grabbed it aggressively off the counter and then got mad she couldn't open it quickly. She was using the opener wrong, but at this point, I didn't care to correct her, karma was giving her this minor inconvenience.

Was waiting 1st in line nothing was said to me like “ i will be with you in a moment” just co-workers laughing and talking together no attention to the line that was building up. It was a mess and got my container of food covered in sour cream … talking to some random woman who they knew got out of the work line to start to sit in the customer area to talk. This is the shift with the white girl with the full right arm tattoo. Not the tattoo girl but the person they were talking to talking about “why are they side eyeing me” because I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken just for the staff to ignore and talk to their friends they know. On top of that people putting chicken on the grill RAW CHICKEN touch their phones with their gloves on.

they lazy don’t work don’t clean after themselves. i waited 20 minutes just from them to stop talking to sever me. don’t come here it’s going

Every time I come to this location they are always out of the majority of items. It’s like this location operates on the bare minimum. Today it was ridiculous! They were out of lettuce, fajitas, vinaigrette & more! You’d be better off just going to a chipotle in a neighboring city.
