The chipotle once they run out of something they stop operating the whole store that was shut it down. The customer service is horrible. They do not know how to comply with customer service is always the attitude given when they are feeding other customers this needs to be investigated and shut down.

I tried this place again, Because the first time I went they had just opened! The experience was terrible from start to finish. From the attitudes to the cleanliness, cross contamination is incredible. I guess all I can say is Do better ??‍♀️

This people who work here, they just walk around, they have a full line, still don’t help people for line to move, food gets cold waiting in line. Worst worker in a chipotle.

I waited almost 5 minutes to get rang out while the person on the cash register went to go do other chores complaining about having less to do at close. They're always low on ingredients, and the atmosphere is very ghetto!

Parking: Parking is very limited, especially during busy hours.

The service was very poor. The restaurant is not clean. Food all over the counter. I will never attend this location again. The workers are playing laughing when customers are in line. Get it together. And clean up!!

This is my second attempt to try this one and I will NEVER go back. Literally everything was messed up. I asked for brown rice she gave me half and half. Chicken was burnt and dry. Even the burrito was hard and dry. I asked for tomato, sour cream and corn she put lettuce on there and refused to remake it. She said she had other customers and did not have time. 10/10 highly DONT RECOMMEND

3 people were in front of me, 3, and it took 15+ minutes for to get to place my order. Only one person was working the line, that's just not the model and it doesn't work. No guac or chips. No napkins, forks or straws. And the music was surprisingly loud making it hard to hear the staff. Not every chipotle is equal and this one seems to be awful.
It didn't get them a second star, but my food was at least warm

Always out of something... last time it was cheese, this time it's fajitas. I can't wait 15 minutes for more when my lunch is only 30 minutes. It's noon at lunch time.... how are you out of a main menu item??

It’s six people behind counter and only one person making food while all the rest walk and talk amongst each other. Meanwhile there is a long line of people. I swear to God why even have a job if u not gonna do it right.
