Ordered at 10 am for an 11am delivery. 11am no pizza app says quality check. Half an hour goes by the same message on the app. Tried to call location message says mailbox is full cannot leave message. Finally, the phone is answered, and they say I am the only one in store, waiting for the delivery driver. The pizza is not delivered till 1pm, two hours after delivery time 3 hours after original order. Sent me a coupon for 20% off next order, must use within 7 days! Are you kidding me?!? I will never order from this location again.

I must say I eat here every week now the pizza is always hot and fresh when it's delivered to me I love they cheesy bread and they new stuffed crust pizza I love u donimos!!!!!!
I placed an order for delivery on 3/30 at 9:45pm . I placed the order while i was in the hospital at Ahuja. I got home around 10:30pm and my pizza still said QUALITY CHECK ! It didn’t get delivered til 11:30pm and the lady refused to deliver it to my door. I was just discharged, I could barely walk . I thought they come to your door? Also, my pizza was wrong ! And when I try to call the restaurant … it says MAILBOX FULL . So ghetto and unprofessional … I’m filing a complaint with the BBB .

The General Manager, Amy, was so incredibly kind and attentive when I arrived to pick up my order even though she was the only staff member working. I had given her my feedback while there with her regarding being unable to reach anyone in the pizza shop. After our wonderful conversation, I told her I would be returning as long as she works there because even though she was getting buried with orders, she made sure that I had everything I needed before I left.
My issues I had were being unable to reach someone in the shop after placing an order via the APP as I wrote above and my pizza crust was not correct even though I did indicate on my order slip of the request ( Amy did attempt to correct the pizza crust immediately ) ; so those two little wrinkles needed ironing out and when Amy showed she was more-than-willing to provide her ear , I assured her I was coming back as long as she was working!

All I can say is DON'T DO IT!. completely employed by kids who has no care at all in what their doing. You pay for orders and they never make it, then tell you no refunds. The place is soooo nasty Inside while standing in there waiting for 45min realized just how disgusting it is! From the counters, floors, walls and the employees clothes! Will never everrrrrrr go back in there. Calling the board of health.

Dropped my food on the floor when I came to pick it up, looked me in my face and laughs……and didn’t even have the decency to ask if I wanted them remade. Gave the food to a homeless person smh
