Food is good! But an overall experience requires a variety of things one being timeliness! They never open on time. I am considerate of preparation time for my order but not for general time management with opening. If you open at 11 staff should take the necessary steps to prep ahead and be ready to open as advertised. Other than that food 10/10

Usually when I go here the food is good, I went there today for a chia bowl and was disappointed it was super watery, super sweet and the chia seeds were not the consistency it usually is. I could only eat the fruit in the bowl

This was my second and last visit with this establishment . The service is very SLOW, I ordered two wraps and two pure press drinks. I placed my order at 2:26 and received my completed order at 3:03. The wraps were good but the pure press drinks were watered down. Absolutely no juice at all came out the press. The young lady took the drinks to the back and added water and ice . No flavor, no taste, just sour water. That was $21 worth of sour water and wasted time, I will not be back. Enjoy the $47.98 I just spent and apply it towards a better press..

I was not pleased with my acai bowl as it was missing ingredients. I returned with the bowl in hand and was instantly asked if there was an issue as soon as I walked in. The young man behind the counter instantly agreed to remake my bowl. You can't ask for better service than that. It's so refreshing when young adults have a wonderful attitude and know how to talk to customers.
