This is the worst Giant Eagle I have ever been to. Closest to my house and its so aggravating I basically have to shop here. missing many things carried by other Giant Eagle stores, never has self check out open. Lines are always long

930pm 1 register open lights flashing at self check out. Manager claims to not know how to ring register.
If you help the cashier bag your groceries, is it too much for them to say "thank you"? Very rarely does it happen.
