I am not sure why this restaurant has that their hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:30 AM till 11 PM when I pull up at 9:30 and they’re telling people they’re closed. Either changed the hours of operation or stay open for the amount of time that you are supposed to stay open. What a horrible organization. I’m confident that the management team is running this place into ground and they just recently opened.

Order 20 honey BBQ chicken wings online to get there and be told they don't have any honey BBQ sauce to sauce the chicken they try to give me the packets of honey BBQ sauce which tastes completely different i refuse that's not what I paid 31 dollars for got wedges too ask for refund I had to get out my car and come inside to get it I don't really blame the employees I blame KFC how do you promote something and then don't have it i was also told almost all the stores ran out of honey BBQ sauce wow KFC get your shit together

Every time I come here they close they wnat only drive thru get you some people that want to work it is 8 pm and they already closed the lobby ?! Workers just be outside smoking and doing what they want I can’t even buy some to eat and be ok with customer service because of this

Where do I even start? The staff was unprofessional and rude, nasty attitudes and dressed casual. When ordering from the menu sometimes key items aren't even available. The atmosphere was disgusting, Trash on the tables, floors un-mopped and seats as well as the tables where sticky from spilled soda's and condiments. And the soda machine just spewed all over everywhere when used. As I asked the manager to please fill my cup with soda she rolled her eyes, asked me what was wrong with the front machine and passed the cup to someone else to do. They hollered at the staff asking who didn't put the filter caps on the soda machine. If someone from corporate ever was to go there they'd have e a fit! They are horrible at this location, the only satisfaction I got is when I left and will not return ever to that location I. MAPLE.

I placed an order online and paid for it. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order the person at the drive-thru window said we're closed! It was 6:00pm EST! I couldn't cancel the order to get a refund! I tried reaching out to there so called corporate office regarding a refund for an order that I never received and I'm being told they can't refund me! So I'm just out $26 and still had to find something else to feed my children! I will never give KFC my business again!
