Absolute, worst McDonald's.They need a whole new team, a whole new manager.I just spent 16 minutes in the drive through to get a big breakfast and a smoothie.Only to pull up and be told.I need to pull forward.They're waiting on my big breakfast after sixteen minutes of sitting in a drive through , i'm still waiting.

This place nasty and uncomfortable they have poor customer service , the workers have attitudes , they had roaches crawling onna kiosk and I told them and they looked at me as if they been through this before and they didn’t even seemed shocked about me seeing it . once we walked out they swept it up and threw it away not killing it or nothing .

I usually don’t leave reviews like this, but if I could give a zero star review, I would I go to this McDonald’s frequently and everything is usually very smooth today. When I went through the person at the speaker took three other people‘s orders before they took my order so I left.

This used to be my favorite mcdonalds, the gm kept this store in check at one point ..... now after moving and coming back 3 years later this place kinda sucks in the morning. Rarely are they actually taking orders and ready to go at 5....ill rather drive to oakwood now

One of the most unprofessional, unorganized mcdonald’s i’ve been to. Don’t recommend coming here unless you have no choice, the managers messed up our orders and we tried explaining but we had to reiterate everything ALREADY on the RECEIPT so many times. We ending up getting our correct order after like 20 minutes of waiting :/

This place use to be horrible due to the staff at the time. Now, it has seem to have improved. The service is still slow but that may be due to staffing issues.
Apparently standing in line upsets one of the employees, I would sit but I waited over 20min only to be told they forgot the order. Kids running around the store like it's a playground so often they had to put a sign on the doors.

Hey guys, I must say this was an pleseant experience. I don’t eat the food. I took my daughter, we went in and ordered on the kiosk, but the customer service was really good. The young lady brought our food out to us and greeted us. There was a bit of a weight, but the food was hot. Hot. I don’t get too many great experiences at McDonald’s, but this was a good one.
