Hey guys, I must say this was an pleseant experience. I don’t eat the food. I took my daughter, we went in and ordered on the kiosk, but the customer service was really good. The young lady brought our food out to us and greeted us. There was a bit of a weight, but the food was hot. Hot. I don’t get too many great experiences at McDonald’s, but this was a good one.

I can be very forgiving because this is a McDonald's but this was a very poor service. The line was long but that's fine for a noon rush. When we got our food it was incorrect and we were missing an item and when we told them we were missing an item we had to prove to them by opening the bag and double-checking before they even believed us. We had to pull them around and wait to finally get our food. They got our drinks wrong and the drinks we received had no carbonation whatsoever. The fries had no salt and were severely undercooked. The people were nice enough but this is so sloppy and lazy.

Well, the ice machine was empty. I received my meal and needed to ask for a cup for my drink. The place was very clean and workers friendly. Happy young people eating.

Drove to this McDonald's placed my order along with a special made sandwiches the first sandwich was a filet with extra tartar sauce well it look the same as if it was a regular made sandwich and not extra tartar that I asked for , my second sandwich was a Mc Double ADD Mac sauce and what did I get a Mc Double with a half of tea spoon of Mac sauce no pickles and no pickles smh and yes the sandwich was not seasoned like the other Mc Donald's I visit. The fries were great you can't go wrong with them unless you over cook them or under cook them. It is a shame when more attention is focused on cell phones and not screens that tell you clearly how a order should be made especially when it says ADD or MINUS condiments on a specific order. $ 21.00 all for a shabby meal. Won't be visiting here again.
