Avoid this location at all costs. I noticed they are LLC owned which is the reasons why the customer service is poor. They always get your order wrong and give you an attitude to correct it. Miles and Richmond are the same way. Avoid these locations at all costs!! They have no sense of urgency, they steal your money, the prices are higher because the owners have a range they can charge from. Avoid these locations for your peace and money

This is the worst McDonald’s ever they never answer the drive-through in the morning at six when they’re supposed to open up they’re slow and seemed to really don’t care. I will never go back to this McDonald’s again. It’s a shame.

Don’t go to this McDonald’s if you can help it. Plenty of other ones in the area to choose from.
The cashier that ran my card also decided to use it on his Square reader to steal my card numbers and $15.
I have transaction notifications enabled, and I thought it was strange that the McDonald’s charge and a Square reader charge hit back to back.
Had to cancel my card and file a police report. I avoid this McDonald’s like the plague now.

Some real lazy workers, why have curbside open if y’all employees are too lazy to come outside nobody should have to drive to the drive thru when they ordered for curbside.

I had an issue with the driver thru worker who claimed to be the shift manger who tried to give me a medium Carmel frappe when I ordered a large (I have a picture) and a order receipt and l asked for a remake or if I could change the order and refunded the difference the women (Angel) refused and said she would not give me a refund and said the location doesnt allow them but would not remake my drink and when I told her Id need to either talk to someone higher up or get my drink remade I stayed at the window when she closed it walked away and had either an employee or customer drive passed the pay window to the pickup window along the side of my car and get out in a threatening manner as im 7 months pregnant in order to have me pull off while refusing my calls to the store and having all employees not let me get in contact with with GM (Kitty) as I proceeded to call periodically through the day

I had a unbelievable bad experience a this location, it took over 45 minutes to receive my order, very unprofessional staff and nasty attitude management.

Wasn't as hot and fresh as expected. Also, my suggestion would be to switch out the fried chicken patties with grilled patties.
Vegetarian options: No veggie options, may contain little fruit but that's it
