Never got my food after waiting for over 30 minutes in the drive through. Placed the order, paid, and then sat at drive through serving window for a half hour. I had to go inside and ask for a refund. There were no substitutions, no changes to the food, just two regular sandwiches and two hash browns ordered 30 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast. Multiple other customers were having similar issues. I understand being busy and getting behind, but this was really bad for a “fast” food place. Note the times between the two receipts in included pictures.

Thank you DeAsia for starting my day off horribly. No customer should be made to wait and then not have their order completed. Then you had the audacity to have an attitude at the windows. Since when did McDonalds only give 1 syrup for 3 pancakes. I would've gladly paid for them at the window as they were part of the order. If you can't deliver good customer service amd complete orders. The Mgmt should definitely send you back for more training. Bad customer service!!!!

quiet storm

This location is consistently slow taking and getting orders out in the drive through line. Each window you go to, none of the employees know what’s going on. They mess up your order. They are rude. This is the only McDonald’s location I know that charges a up charge fee if you ask for no ice in your beverage. That is ridiculous. I do not recommend this McDonald’s location.

Says the dinner is closed but door is wide open, then instead of greeting and explaining to me they just mean mugged me and said inside is closed to go through drive through. Mind it is 7pm and on the door it says it closed at 9pm. Aldo I did a online order and it showed that counter pick up was available. Cheeseburger was cold and they were too busy on their phones so they took their sweet time to respond to another person. Once I received my food she just placed it on the counter with an attitude and turned around. This place is not professional at all. If you don’t enjoy your job then go somewhere else

All the employees seem to be doing whatever they want they're moving about slowly they have no concern for customers at all.
I have been reverse discriminated by these employees My next encounter I will video so I can sue them.

I keep coming back thinking things will improve or least take 1 step to the positive. But it does not happen. It is McDonalds but good service is good service. They do not have good service. To me...this management. Not to mention my hash brown was a large thick potato chip. So sad

Avoid this location at all costs. I noticed they are LLC owned which is the reasons why the customer service is poor. They always get your order wrong and give you an attitude to correct it. Miles and Richmond are the same way. Avoid these locations at all costs!! They have no sense of urgency, they steal your money, the prices are higher because the owners have a range they can charge from. Avoid these locations for your peace and money
