I place mobile orders a lot and this location is usually pretty slow and they lock the door sometimes to where you have no option but to do drive thru pick up.

I ordered an ice cream cone and once again the employee handed it to me with no napkin around it and also holding it by the top of the cone, with bare hands. Obviously they are not trained right. What is wrong with the manager allowing this to happen? da... How stupid. Customers don't want to eat food after an employee touched it.

The ordering kiosk wasn't working properly. The woman behind the counter had a bad attitude like she was doing me a favor to wait on me. I drove less than 10 minutes before I eat my food. I only ordered large French fries and large sweet tea. The fries were very cold and tasted like they were old. The sweet tea barely had any ice and was warm. This is definitely the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I won't be going back and highly recommend avoiding this location.

It took 35 minutes for our order to have, when we wanted to cancel it. They said we can't, we waited another 5 minutes, total 40 mins! Not good.
The place is just nasty down to the workers, it's ridiculous.

This place needs to be shut down, how terrible! Sat in the drive menu - screen for like 4 mins. As we are pulling around, the worker mentions that we won't be able to adjust your order. Welp , we weren't planning on it. Through the drive- through window, you can see them all just standing around laughing and talking. Get to the second window, they still "kicking it" and having a grand of a time. My friend needed a sauce to go with her fries. She asked, and they said $.25 ok cool, whatever! We are looking for the change. The employee goes, yall need to come in if yall want yall sauce! Shuts the window and gets the laughing. Seriously, for .25 cents yall couldn't even wait an extra 15 seconds! How rude. Nothing about this place screams come back and eat!
