Walk in and stand at the counter while the lady working up front just stood on her phone for a couple minutes.. when I finally ordered she didn't here me say meal 4 different times and just charged for a sandwich... which was terrible by the way, not crispy and uncooked batter in the middle...

Did not get my order right. All I asked for was a 2 piece chicken dinner with a leg and a wing. The team member said that I could have those specifically and still have me 2 huge thighs which I intentionally wanted to avoid because the tm didn’t enter it. It wasn’t even busy. I was craving it for days. Very disappointed.

Went to the drive thru window, paid for a
dinner for four. The Mac and cheese was terrible. Very dry, Looks like it been sitting for a few days and should not have been served at all. Whom ever put my order together should have known not to serve this garbage. ??

The manager, I believe her name is Sonja was unbelievably disrespectful. Her attitude is very unnecessary and nasty. I noticed the way she talks to her workers, and she was constantly yelling at young teenagers. The food is great, but the staff could be improved.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility should be near the door where they call in order or door dash. That's where handicapped parking g should be.

We should not have to walk across the parking lot.

Chicken wasn't quite done. The breast was shaped like a thigh. There mash potatoes were not mixed well but their cole slaw was the best part of the $ 9.99 box ( chicken leg, breast, mashed potatoes and sample size coleslaw with a biscuit)
