I don’t know what happened to Mr. Chicken but the chicken had zero seasoning it it almost tasted spoiled the flavor that they had is gone

I have come to this location often, never had a terrible experience. Maybe more with the food. Today I had an exceptional encounter with Shanna and Terrance were very professional and kind. Keep it up guys!

I went through the drive thru and they're not the nicest. I ordered one side and received a different one, and I ordered one drink and got a different one. Food was fine but the experience not so much.

Unfortunately, Mr. Chicken did not work for me. The food was overcooked and thrown in the bag. I asked twice for one dinner and received the wrong order. This is last trip with fast food in this neighborhood. I want to support but it's hard.

That chicken is so dry/old and has no flavor at all. I wish I could get my money back. I spent over $60 just to be very disappointed.

Line for drive thru was very slow and lond waited over 30min
Exceptionally LONG wait after placing order in the drive-thru line, BUT the chicken wings were very HOT and FRIED to perfection!!
Extremely slow service
Went through drive thru. I should have just gone to the grocery store and prepared my own chicken. Food prices get higher, and food quality is lower.
