I ordered 20 pieces of chicken. The chicken was good, my family & I enjoyed it, We ordered the Carolina bbq sauce & sweet Jesus. The reason why I rate service a 2 is because I tried calling in my order, a young lady answered the phone and said they weren't currently accepting orders. So I had my husband go up there and order. When he arrived, he said they were taking orders over the phone. I was livid!! So I asked him to ask why when we called earlier, they weren't accepting orders, the lady told him nobody said that. I have no reason to lie the number was even on my call log. Smh...... So basically, we waited 25mins for an order that could've been placed over the phone. Overall, I will try calling in an order again.

Mr. Wonderful Chicken & Waffles was just that! WONDERFUL!!! I ordered the chicken meal along with a catfish sandwich I loved it! Just enough seasoning and the chicken was super crispy! You must try the koolaid and lemon pound cake!!! Yum Yum!!! This place should be famous in Ohio!

My co-worker and I are in Ohio this week for business. This place popped up as a suggestion on my co-worker's phone, and we decided to try it out. Bella and Mercedes are very sweet, friendly, and helpful ladies. They made suggestions and talked A TON with us!! Rob, the cook, did an amazing job with the food. I got the catfish and shrimp combo, with a side of fries and Mac n cheese. I also tried their lemon pound cake, and the blue Kool aide that they make. ALL of the food is so worth it!! I did do the Sweet Jesus sauce, and I don't like it as much, just because it's honey based. But honestly, that was my fault because I didn't ask about it. I love this place, and will be stopping by before we leave town. That Kool aide IS SO WORTH IT!! MUST BUY!!

I waited 30 minutes for a polish boy and wing special! So DISAPPOINTED!! The wings were hard and DRIED OUT! The polish boy tasted like OLD MEAT!! REALLY YALL!!

This was my first time eating here. The food was really good. I had the wings an fries with bbq sauce. This bbq sauce was a very unique sauce. It was truly wonderful. Very good. I really enjoyed! The lady that took my order was very polite an welcoming. Shout out to the cooks! well organized. Got the orders out fast! Yall doing yall thang!

I ABSOLUTELY love love love me some chicken !!
If it wasn’t for Mercedes I woulda stopped coming here a long time ago. My first couple experiences were the best and I was hesitant on coming back ! My husband insisted that I get him some chicken and he had already ordered before I could say no ! I walked in and met Mercedes and her energy was life !! Her customer service is literally what I look for when I step in ANY restaurant ! She made sure not only my food was fresh but made her it was exactly what I asked for and didn’t forget a single thing. I wasn’t in the best mood when I arrived and I walked out cheesing from ear to ear laughing with Mercedes .
As long as you have Mercedes , you can have all my monieesssss 💕

The food is great but it’s something every time we get food from here. Couple weeks ago we pay extra for sides that they waited til pick up to say they didn’t have. Tonight I waited an HOUR for my food because “the ticket didn’t print”. I always wait 40 plus minutes every time after they tell me 20. The food is really good but it’s just not worth the wait in the car for an hour anymore.
