We ordered our wedding cake for our wedding May 20 of this year. Our bottom layer was pretty good obviously ate it at the wedding and enjoyed it other than the cake being a little dry. We went to go eat our top layer last week because we are moving and could not keep it frozen any longer. When we went to eat the cake we realized the filling was not what we asked for. Scraped it off the cake to confirm and taste it by itself. I called and told them about the issue today and told them how highly disappointed we were. They told us that In their records we received the correct filling but there is absolutely no flavor to it once so ever and they didn't offer any kind of small refund or to make us some kind of small replacement or anything didnt seen to even care that I was clearly upset over the matter. Extremely sad we won't get to enjoy our top layer of our cake because it is extremely plain.. but glad I didn't wait a year to find this out on our special 1 year wedding anniversary or I would have been about 1000 times more upset... I got this cake because my mom had her wedding cake from here and I loved it so I am sad to say the quality has significantly decreased in the last couple years..

From the moment of ordering over the phone to eating the cake it was A plus service. NADINE was very professional and told her some things I wanted in the cake and wanted her to do most of the creativity for my girlfriends birthday cake. Which you can tell by the pictures she definitely is good at what she does. Communication and the product was superb ?. Definitely recommend and will be back again.
