I got a double cheese burger which was the nastiest burger I have ever had threw away after 1 bite I didn't even swallow it, philly steak and cheese bites I am still trying to figure out they were suppose to be bause they didn't taste nothing like it. Fries were Good so we're chicken tenders.

I'm placing this review after just leaving. Don't know what's going on but just placed a two item order and was complimenting and wowed because they have an AI taking the orders at the drive thru. Yet when we pulled forward the car before us was just sitting at the window. After waiting for more than 10 minutes and not even the car in front was approached by an employee at the window we pulled off without our order. You would think that by having the computer taking orders , it would speed up their process yet I don't believe that to be the case as it seems like the more tasks that are removed from their workload .... The slower they become. And I tried to give them zero stars but it wouldn't allow

We ordered delivery from here and instead of giving us a glo’s bbq jacked burger with pepper jack cheese like we ordered they gave us an entirely different burger with American cheese smh.Whoever was in charge of that last night needs to be replaced because workers aren’t supposed to be incompetent or lazy.They always need to do the amazing job that they are paid to do

This little boy at the window that usually works there I guess every five days of the week he’s so nice. I know he has his rough days but as a customer that comes there every day, he’s always polite you know being respectful, even if he did mistake he goes. Make sure that an order shanks he always make sure that he is tries to go above and beyond as I can see I really enjoyed that young man working there. He is such an expiration and funny person too. My wife went through the drive thru between 8:30 and 9 PM on Saturday to get some food and when she got to the window the worker just handed her the food and walked away without asking her if she wanted ketchup or anything.The workers are always supposed to ask the customers if they want ketchup or anything else like that.Very rude and disrespectful and very unprofessional.The workers here need to do better

Absolutely the worst rally’s multiple times I’ve gone here and they have said “door dash only”. Today I sat there for 25 minutes after ordering 1 chicken sandwich and the car in front didn’t move the entire time waiting for their order. You can drive to Macedonia and back faster than getting your food from here.
