My wife went through the drive thru between 8:30 and 9 PM on Saturday to get some food and when she got to the window the worker just handed her the food and walked away without asking her if she wanted ketchup or anything.The workers are always supposed to ask the customers if they want ketchup or anything else like that.Very rude and disrespectful and very unprofessional.The workers here need to do better

Absolutely the worst rally’s multiple times I’ve gone here and they have said “door dash only”. Today I sat there for 25 minutes after ordering 1 chicken sandwich and the car in front didn’t move the entire time waiting for their order. You can drive to Macedonia and back faster than getting your food from here.

So went for a rally $4.00 meal and upgraded for a $1.00 I added extra mayo and onions well I did not receive the ketchup on my sandwich it was just mayo , lettuce, onions, cheese and pickles no ketchup. This seems to be a problem in the restaurants today when you ask for something on your burger they tend to leave something off when you don't request it off. Some might think this is petty BUT when you order your food it's suppose to come back to you the way it should. I also think that if a customer has a complaint and call the restaurant at lease someone should be able to answer the phone. I called about 3 to 4 times and got no one but a voicemail.

Tried Rally’s for the first time and won’t be returning. My drink and side were fine, but the chicken sandwich was so tough it was nearly rock solid. Not worth the wait or the money.

How hard is it to make a cheeseburger ? I didnt get what j paid for which sucks cause i oaid full price but only got what THEY wanted me to have...SMH never again
My 2 Big buffords was completely burnt on the edge of the burger and not enough staff inside the building. Terrible place when not enough people come to work.

Went at about 8pm was going to dine in but it was closed for some reason... Was supposed to be open til 10pm also drive thru was a bit slow. But the women working the drive thru was nice so that's a plus. And the food was average
