I mean how do you have an unprofessional environment then take forever to cook the food only to behaving conversations customers should not hear and then as a door dasher they are slow they even had a girl trying to talk to me to keep my mind off of how long they was taking I ignored her too like come on this is a waste of time going here

Sub City used to be so good. The food use to be fresh hot and wasn’t burnt. It’s really shameful to see a great food location go out of business for horrible customer service and bad food. Get it together or just shut down. I really use to be happy to hit sub city whenever I came into town. I rather eat Charley’s instead !!!!!

I am here to pick up a food delivery, and the two Men who are in the back, are talking to each other about personal things, and using profanity, all while not noticing my presence, even though there is a bell that rings whenever someone opens the door. I will not return here due to the unprofessional atmosphere which makes me feel uncomfortable

I went to go get lunch for my wife, which she had a taste for a chicken and shrimp bowl over rice. I had 50 dollar bill and they refused to serve me unless I spent 30 dollars or better. Now I’m out trying to figure out what else to get her before he break is over. I’m highly disappointed in the service and decision that was made. I will never go back there.

I don’t even really know what to say..I don’t usually review because I could have bad experiences and others could have great ones but please trust these one star reviews. I made the mistake of not reading before ordering, and this place is not worth your hard earned money. We got our food 25 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, the place is dirty and makes your stomach turn, the italian sub was so soggy, the fries were cold and under seasoned, and the city rolls were inedibly greasy. the only “good” thing we ordered was the buffalo chicken sub. They play music so loud that they probably can’t hear you asking for service. I hope the owner reads all these reviews and does some very needed revamping to the resturant.

I was waiting there for around 45 minutes. When I asked around 30 minutes the girl got an attitude and went in the back. This is what I received they didn't bother seasoning anything. And they just slapped it on there not to mention the portion sizes have been getting smaller. The shrimp are tiny and not even cooked all the way four seasons like it usually is. Pathetic utterly pathetic. Every time I drive by I'm going I'll remind myself to never go there again. $17.26 for this garbage I could have went to KFC and got a classic sandwich meal for under $10. They literally boiled potatoes didn't even match them up they were hard in some places and then slap some chicken and shrimp on and drizzled ranch. And they have a no refund policy and I was hungry so I ate it anyway but I should have just left it there even if I didn't get a refund I shouldn't have accepted this. That's on me.
