Food is good can’t front on that they need better customer service tho they’re attitudes in their is crazy and they take the longest to finish a order be prepared to stay atleast 35 to 45 minutes waiting for your food even a hour and beyond that ?♂️ they pitiful in that field

I rarely rate places. Cause every experience is different. But they made me so mad today. An hour to pick up. Then I get there and had to wait another 10 to 15. After I was told I couldn't wait at the counter. All the while I watching one of the ladies behind the counter eating Doritos and dip and licking her fingers. Then 20 minutes later I'm told no shrimp was available. It had to be defrosted. I asked to cancel my entire order which I was told "BYE" and contact Doordash. Had to call and chat with Doordash to get a total refund. Really disappointed. Food is usually good. Won't be back.

Hello everyone experienced doordasher here! I have visited the restraunt to pick up orders and almost every time the man who fronts the store makes up inaccurate pickup times for ex. I will ask how long till there done making the order he will say 7 min. I give them 10 min. Then I walk back in and he says that I have to wait another 6 min!! , and I can drop the order if I like. I won't be taking another order from them due to the inconvenience related to picking up an order for a customer. There expected times of pick up for an order are a joke. I've faced the same excuses a few times before.

Walked in and stood at the front counter for almost 20 minutes before any of the 3 employees bothered to wander up to the counter and acknowledge me, even though they saw me and were doing absolutely nothing.
When I asked for the order I placed to be picked up, she said it they "would make it later".
Just absolutely pathetic employees

NEVER AGAIN, the chicken Philly was so small, dry and pitiful. The chicken was so hard old and overcooked I couldn’t believe it. Then the rice in the chicken bowl was SO hard and old too. A complete waste of time and money, really made me mad

I was skeptical about going to begin with because I had tried this place twice before and was less than impressed! This last time, I was a craving decent chicken fingers but I was willing to settle for tenders. I asked the cashier what their tenders were like and if they were more flat or just chunky pieces of chicken. The lady said they weren’t flat but they were good chunky either. Told them I was from Buffalo and showed them a picture of what I was looking for. The cook just walked away uninterested completely rather than sticking around to make what I was requesting. I ordered Buffalo lemon pepper and they were the absolute WORST tenders I’ve ever had! Not only were they chunky but they were small and they tasted and looked like they sauced the tenders in vinegar then dumped a ton of lemon pepper seasoning on top!! They were so small I should have just got wing dings …. Couldn’t taste any Buffalo sauce and I could have dumped lemon pepper seasoning on them myself at home! There was so much seasoning on the top that I didn’t care that there was none on the bottom. I was only able to stomach one of the tenders and that was only because I had the ranch dressing; which I had to settle for because their charging $1.50 for the worst blue cheese dressing on the market (Ken’s)…. Better off making it in house if the goal is to save money. I won’t be back…. Have the whole container away…. The only reason they got the stars they got from me is because they clearly hired a new girl at the register because her service was as friendly and helpful…. Too bad her cook didn’t meet the expectations, I may not have been so annoyed if he at least acted like he cared. He was too busy flirting with the maple heights police officer picking up her food I guess.

Atmosphere features 2 large screen TV's and service features employees that may or may not give you what you ordered, when (?) , that's a question you might have to ask more than once, but once they find you food that you ordered the food is bomb, which is slang for really really good! All in all I definitely do recommend this place, they do get it right about more often than they don't, but they are really trying their best, and they are authentically polite and sincere. Their food is worth it, they will get you together soon enough with some of the best fast food you could think of finding! Loaded fries with bacon, and garlic butter Parmesan chicken wings are an A+, along with the Philly cheese steak!
